Why? That would be pretty silly considering 15b is already out and the bugfixes and finishing elements are likely on their way in a 15c (wouldn't be surprised if there's a 15d, given the history of incomplete/buggy beta releases with this VN).

It is not out. 0.15 beta came out first, then 0.15a came out yesterday for Legates tier, which has fixes identified from the beta. But there will probably be a 0.15b coming out soon, too.
