As SonsOfLiberty mentioned, it's similar to 0.15.1, 0.15.2, etc. The a,b,c versions are typically bug fixes, adding animations, and stuff like that.

I think there is a bug somewhere and depends on order of doing things and route.
I have 5 paths/saves...3 have the end of content text...2 of them don't heh. Not really worth worrying about imo, is a small thing but it definitely does not work as intended.
