If u compare to the last two updates u can expect the next one between the 5-10 may. (Don't have any insight just a guess)
Patreon can be tricky to handle, people up there just meant the "news" lock on patreon are dev logs and not about a release, simply mean the next update has not been published for now even on Patreon.

I got to the part where i get jerked off by lab lady Pepper in mutants territory and I can't trigger any new events from there, going to the hive or home or anywhere else is the same events over and over, skipping the days also does not give me anything new , why is this ?
Take a look throught the quest log in the top right, if all of your quests say "to be continued..." just below their title when you click to see their description, you have reached the end of the update.

Probably because other VNs here take so damn long between updates. Zetan has been very consistent with the updates since the beginning. Other devs like to milk the ever loving fuck out of their games.
