The whole plot point about handing over the security cam hard drive has a few flaws. Also I'm getting a bit tired of the whole trope about having to go to an Otaku for anything computer related. I didn't like that about Waifu Academy either.
1 - I chose to be a brainiac on this run. That means I probably run Gentoo Linux on a personally built frankenstein at home and know my way around fsck. I shouldn't need to run to an Otaku just to undelete files on a hard drive.
2 - Even if I chose one of the other specialties and don't run Linux at home, I have a degree in criminology here and probably stayed awake for at least one study unit where the prof went over computer and phone forensics. I probably even have a copy of a bootable liveusb or livedvd of a forensic oriented distro with a tool suite that would make short work of undeleting security cam hard drive footage. I also would probably have that thing on my keychain so I would have been cloning that hard drive to a stick or fresh drive in the first place rather than pulling it out of the store.
3 - I have a criminology degree so that whole concept about chain of evidence and tainting of evidence has been drilled into my head. Why would I be taking the only piece of evidence I have to someone who has been discredited and fired by the department? If this went to court, the judge would throw the case right out.

brainiac != linux maniac. there are a lot of smart people that dont know the difference between ping and bash.
computer forensics is a specialized section of criminology and unless they know about it privately by being a bit more knowledgeable than your average luser/DAU, theres little chance a freshly graduated general criminologist does know how to use it (and are certified by the station/district to do data retrieval) except if theyre specialy trained for work in IT forensics - and if they are, theyre unlikely to do the legwork.
it's a porn game trying to tie storylines together.

Navigation is pretty annoying. Too many clicks needed to go from one part of the house to another. Buttons/labels like "bathroom" and eye thingy to stare at tits are too small to read and click on.
Drip feeding text sentences is not a good idea really. "The government!(click) The police!(click) The people in power!(click)" is too tedious. Can we reveal more than one sentence per click? Have mercy on our left mouse buttons/space bars.
Choices that dont lead anywhere are better off greyed out or removed at all. Clicking on something only to see "You have not unlocked any actions of this type" is annoying.
Kind of sucks that on femdom route mc licks Catherine but on "maledom" route she wont touch main characters dick let alone lick it. Uneven stuff like that make the lesser route feel lame and unsatisfying.
Between nerd creep and sisters boss being touchy feely it feels like there will be sharing scenes. It would be nice to know for sure in advance.
Main character being a little bitch seems to be written this way on purpose with intention for him to grow more confident over time. I hope there will be some progress with that as soon as next update. Watching most other characters walk all over him was pretty pitiful.
Sophia deceiving Mia into believing that mc let her live in the house and making her spill main characters life story felt a bit forced. It looks like Mia has iq of 70.
Despite all these nitpicks I think this is a very promising first release. Character design is good and overall production quality is great. Cant wait for more content.I hope there will be male dom options for annoying characters like Sophia.

If you don't mind me asking what are your pc specs when you created this? It all looks amazing and I am definitely hyped to see more of it. Mystery / Fantasy / Ecchi / Horror and even Personality not just in the characters but the story as well. The animations and the renders are magnificent and by far the best I've seen in all the stuff I've perused on this site.
Someone please tell me I can progress without installing spycams for Moe Lester.
There needs to be a way to get the data yourself if you go with genius in the first case that doesn't involve Moe. I HATE THIS DUDE and am not ever giving a video of Mia flicking the bean. That video is for my eyes and my enjoyment only not interested in sharing it with that waste of space. As a side character that you don't have to rely on I don't mind the trop but every time they show and you have to rely on them it drives me up a wall since I have yet to see one that was any thing but a pain in the ass.

I liked this ... it was well made, and kept me engaged throughout (though it's obviously short), I like the crime solving elements and want to see more of the world and story and not just the smut.
3 small things.
1) I was looking at the stats thing for the girls, and to me broken should come after depraved ... depraved is when you turn them into cock hungry whores desperate to get stuffed by anything and anyone ... broken is when they're barely recognisable as people anymore ... but this does indicate some future hotness, so I'm real keen on seeing futures stuff here.
2) It said to bring someone's panties to the bathroom when jerking it, but I had them, I presume that bit is just not implemented yet though.
