The "gargantuan inflatable balloons glued to a woman's chest" is the worst fetish I've encountered on this site. Also consistently if the author has this fetish every girl in the game must have them in the end, because insanity.

Sorry to hear that you feel that way.
But I would strongly recommend you check out the changelog, in it you'd see that there are five new scenes in the last update and one of those scenes also has two different outcomes. With in between 50-60 pictures rendered and in my opinion a lot of dialogue.
With the time and resources currently at my disposal I've actually been making monthly updates, on time.
Those updates which feature about the same amount of content and if I get the chance to, sometimes even more.
So I hope that answers your question if you'll maybe get a new scene in the next update.

None really needed: you basically just repeat the Gym Training (with the guy) for money and then repeat whatever scenes happen to be available with the girls until their Obedience/Sluttiness/Affection is high enough to change their relationship and move onto the next set of scenes, which is generally indicated by the girl being available in a new location or a different menu.
Luna is available by progressing Yuki's path and Kara is available by progressing Chrystal's path.
I assume the author is keeping the game simple and easy (there's no timer or "threat" to my knowledge) so people can enjoy the scenes. He might make balance/pacing adjustments later at which point a walk-through might be more relevant.

As said above, it is largely a case of rinse and repeat until a new option appears. I wish that there was a meter that showed how far along you were with this as because the game is a work in progress it's hard to tell if you've reached the end of a path due to the game not being finished or whether a few more grinds will result in a new scene. I only discovered a few more characters and scenes through searching this thread. The best thing is to look at the change logs and see if there is anything you've not found yet.
Any chance we could see more customization for the girl's tier 3 in the future? I may not feel as strongly about the girl's appearances as baneini, but it would be cool if we could give them bigger boobs and no hairstyle change, or vice versa. Especially since we do have to bring them to tier 3 to advance.

For me personally I think the best parts with games, whether they are 2d or 3d is that you're not confined to the limits of the real world. I'm pretty much only limited as a developer by my skill or imagination.
But I am however fully aware that some of my girls are a bit over the top, but hey. I quite like them
