The game is certainly not abandoned and we plan to release the next update this month.
We opened our Discord to be less reliant on Patreon to post updates. And while I do shitpost a lot over there, I also frequently comment on what I'm working on : the port to Godot-Agartha.
Given that Jan has been able to focus on creation instead of writing basically the same post every time, saying he doesn't have much time to make content but that progress were still made.
Good for you, then!
Though such long pauses in updates do make one wonder about creator's health\presence overall. Then again - it comes from non-patreon view, so who cares)
I think that every good game has the same questions about when the next update is coming unless updates come every week on a schedule. I think its just a sign that people love the game and can’t wait for more.
i progressed very far with everyone. i only have 1 problem. after we bog busted in the deans office she is not in her office annymore. Is there a way to make her return? i progressed far with her but she is still not in her office. I would appriciate the help, im new to this game and love it so far. 
The v0.49.0 is available by automated update, a notification should appear in the main menu of your game and if not a button on the bottom left in the main menu should be visible.

I did know, going into this update that it would take me longer than usual, but I never would have imagined that it would take me as long as it did.
I could go into the reasons why it took the time that it did, but it wouldn't change what it already is.

- 91 new images rendered and that's not including the new portraits for Luna
- Those images are spread across all of Luna's remastered content as well as Francesca's and Luna's 4 new scenes which will tie up their stories.
- Fixed a possible softlock of the tutoring ban.
- Corrected over a hundred typos all across the game.
- When loading a save if you get an error, rollback to a stable state and change location.
- The notifications can sometime appear a second time.
- The notifications can also have a weird behavior when it comes to rollback.
- The travel menu sometime stay visible when the rest of the GUI is hidden

Well she already has an ending, but to me I think that if she is convinced not to try to be a porn star she should become the MC's las assistant and apprentice.
She is the only one to get real tutoring and to actually be interested into learning biochemistry.
So to me if she got a second inject, that would be the blue one. And she herself would ask for it for its nootropic effects.
I think that reading the MC's notes about the blue serum she would be convinced that he had to use it on someone already. She would then maybe ask him about that and if the MC answer she would be surprised that he used it only once.
I think many of us got surprised that such a tool was so underused. Short term it is the single most powerful thing the MC has. While the green serum is basically ambrosia, and could lead to massive amount of power over time as you live centuries, the blue one can help you control nations if used cleverly.
So at first she wouldn't believe him but as they talk about it she would realize how he is actually not an evil guy. Sure he may black mail coerce and corrupt the girl but they end up in a better state than they were.
Then she would ask him to inject her.
In my opinion (and I think Jan's is not far from it), the relationship between Chrystal and the MC is about reciprocity. She lets him have his fun because she also has fun.
She finds that it is only fair to be his sex toy as he helped her discover her inner slut and trained her. So in her mind being his personal slut is natural.
But when she got access to his notes about the serums, then she realize what he gave her, not just a killer body (and the training to use it), but also immortality and access to knowledge that could have won him easily the most illustrious awards in medicine.
So given her sense of reciprocity I would say that she would just let him d whatever he want with the mind control part of the glue serum. She would enjoy it anyway as she would have no doubt that he would make sure she does, like he always did so far.
