I was talking about not sharing the Dean or the stuck up girl. In the version I played awhile ago if you want to continue their story, they had to fuck guys from the gym. I love the game so far, but dont want to share them with any men. Is there a way to progress the character's story without having to share them?

The only other scene I can think of, is the when she trap Howard.
And this one is indeed mandatory for unlocking Lola and the ending #1.
Anyway, I would still disagree with the term sharing when it comes to Kara.
Even if she is really digging into BDSM, outside of sex, she still stand on her own.
Of course when the MC is in the vicinity she will come to think about sex pretty quickly. Yet she doesn't ask for help dealing with Greg and Howard, and indeed the MC, because he clearly wants Kara to be his, helps her with her dealing with them.
But blackmailing Howard was her idea.
After those two are out of the picture then the ending #1 can be achieved. And during that one ...
To end this post I'll remind you I'm not the writer of this game, but I'm probably as informed someone can be about what Jan thinks about his characters.
Also, the reason why I'm not including a opt-out option (what I think you meant when you were talking about making the scenes optional) is that I don't force you to play every even in the game. So as long as you can clearly see that an event is going to involve other men and that it is not necessary to progress, I consider that I did my due diligence.
I'm not one to buy into the "slippery slope" argument either. It is not because I don't want other people to come asking for other opt-out toggles. Because ultimately we decide there is nothing forcing us to do anything, no gravity to pull us down a possible slope.
So I won't invoke that weak argument.
TL;DR Kara is a grown woman, she is not tied to the MC, if she want to let Howard fuck her to blackmail him it is fine in my book as I don't even consider it as "sharing" as the MC doesn't own her at that time (as opposed to other girls).
Other scenes involving other men are already optional and well labeled, we did our due diligence.
