I feel like there's much more content for the sub route than the dom route (because there's not much content on the dom route anyway)

Yes currently there is alot more sub content than dom content, I occasionally add it and I have explained this before but I have no prob saying it again, I'm currently focusing a bit more towards the sub route since it is what I personally enjoy developing more, however I do want to make the other side of the coin aswell so eventually I'll focus alot more towards the dom route and make them both complete, sorry!
Well that is old imagery but I'll use it again so I didn't remove it and no, there is no therapy session in the dom route as of now

It's not like you are renaming game assets every update, a patch only is very achievable for an HTML product.

The patch works well when you keep the game on your computer and when updating, just download the patch. Well let's be realistic shall we? People downloaded the game, played it, and deleted it until the next update.
Therefore, downloading the entire game makes sense instead of posting a single patch. This problem is solved by the online version.

Well, I didn’t find the online version on the first page, which means it doesn’t exist. It's better to ask the developer this question.
It isn't hosted indeed, I have yet to find a way to host it somewhere, I'll look better into it.

there is gamecore,porngameshub,mopoga,lewdspot. they host games IMHO mopoga and lewspot are the best at keeping games up to date and they are ran by the same people.

I have to say that so far, the dom path is extremely disappointing and for some reason it seems to be stuck to heterosexuality, as well. What about Dom gay path? Or Dom bottom guy? Those are quite big options as well. I am honestly disappointed. While I do understand that the owner enjoys the submissive content more, you should consider all the roots. For example, I want to play a dom gay guy, and if he is a dominant bottom even better.

I understand your concerns and I appreciate your feedback, you are not wrong in saying it is underwhelming so far, I am aware it is since I've put out updates where the content is usually 75% sub 25% dom, I have only yet put a fully dom focused update so it should feel pretty underwhelming, I plan to focus more on the dom content down the line when the sub path is more fleshed out, I didn't want to make a full sub focused game since I want to build the other side of the story but it's hard to make content for both in time.
When it comes to more paths within the main sub or main dom content, right now it is all kind of mixed up, you can play dom gay content and dom heteresexual content in one single gameplay, perhaps in the future I may make a detour inside the game and you get different paths, but that's for the future.
Sorry that you are disappointed, I promise you I do plan on fledging out the game completely over the course of time, it may take me months or more, but eventually everything will come together, atleast that's what I plan to do.
P.S: V0.9 does have more dom content, 7 scenes to be exact.
Understandable, I cannot stop people from pirating the newest version but I'd appreciate if you can't afford the newest update that you'd wait till it is out publically, however I do not have the power to stop anyone, all I can do is ask to not pirate it.
