Depends how you define it. Some people on here seem to consider only full-on anal sex to be gay scenes. So far there are only handjobs, although one is bordering on frotting. They can be found with the walkthrough, although it is not easy to read.
There are four male love interests so far:
-little stepbrother (Roby). He has the most scenes. Generally be nice to him and you should eventually reach him and main character playing Tekken. You need to right combination here. It's lose-win-lose-win, if I recall correctly. If you do this he and MC will watch porn together where they find out the other one is bi and they both jerk off together. Later after the birthday party, if you unlocked enough sex scenes (including straight ones, I believe) you can have a scene where Roby give another one of the guys a HJ while he sleeps. Later there is a movie night during which MC will give Roby one, that can become more involved optionally.
-Jamal is probably easiest to unlock. If you did everything right during the birthday preparations you can comment on his swimtrunks. Then you will have will eventually have the option to go shopping with stepmom and stepsis. If you take it you can visit Jamal and his scene will unfold from there. Also there is the voyeur scene with Roby, just visit his room after the party.
-Joe the neighbor doesn't have "full" scenes, but he will pretty much automatically flirt with MC if you have bi content enabled.
-Lastly Ron the stepdad. Also doesn't have a full scene but had some developement last update. He is also pretty straightforward. The new scene requires passing through a set of questions the right way, but it's easier than some other puzzles in the game.
Of course all require to enable Bi content the way described above. I recommend using the walkthrough, though you may need something to read PDF files comfortably. There is also a walkthrough mod available that will take you to all the major scenes, but it's not up to the newest version yet (I think).

Unfortunately, the German translation breaks off in the middle of the game. Will this be continued in the near future? Otherwise that would be a real shame.

The german translation was done by a fan/volunteer. I don't know the specifics but it seems that this fan stopped. The dev himself cannot do the translation, unless someone else volunteers.

Try using gameresourcesviewer.ru, upload the game script there will allow you to view it. If you don't mind spoiling yourself a little you can use the script itself as a guide.
I find using that in tandem with Universal Renpy Mod also helps, regardless of you intending on cheating or not, as it can allow you to view the variables of choices and the labels of scenes of any Renpy game when you play with it installed https://f95zone.to/threads/universal-renpy-mod-1-12-mod-any-renpy-game-yourself.48025/
