I'll offer you the following piece of advice. Locking away a scene from non-patrons will not sit well with many possible fans. You'll end up getting more patrons by creating an enjoyable high quality game than attempting to force participation to see content. It's your game and you're free to do whatever you think most benefits you.

It's fine for dev's to put their games behind paywalls, and only release free versions later. But it is not fine to gate scenes in a game as Patreon only. That is just shitty and frankly it will kill any goodwill your game may generate.

False, this is only true when the ntr is an extra to the story, but when this becomes the central point and even more so when the game was not from the beginning, the game ends up ruined.
