if the MC romantic interest was going to have sex with someone else then what you said already happened because the interest for another party being it sexual or not its already there
If it didn't happen, then it isn't in the game.

For everyone who "feels pain" because of the final picture of episode 18 - gentlemen, you have big problems with self-esteem.
How can you take Denis seriously? He is weak, expressionless, with cold and sweaty palms (quote from the game) and much more ... Last time (the scene in the bar with Tomara) he was simply pushed aside. Every scene, every fucking scene, every girl wipes her feet on him.
How can you be "jealous" of such a nonentity? Even if something happened, and Red-haired was lucky to snatch a little pussy - Then something is wrong with your non-sisters. And since the authors are trying to portray something like realism, Denis will not get anything under any circumstances.

P.S. If you think about it, I like the Red-haired guy more than the main character. He does not whine, does not pretend to be a victim, he does not have a "magic dick" to which all the surrounding girls come running. Despite all the negativity in his direction, he does not give up and continues to hunt for a pussy. Maybe he does it in the style of cheap porn plots, but still ....

It always amazes me how quickly people here are willing to slap an NTR tag on things.

*Random stranger accidently brushes past love interest's arm*

*HARDCORE NTR CUCK ACTION TAGGED!*
this game its NTR , NTR doesnt mean romantic interest makes sex with another person that isnt the MC. NTR its not only about sexual stuff , its about making players hurt by seeing the antagonist with the love interest , seeing antagonist in a relationship with love interest its also NTR , and seeing antagonist going to have sex with love interest its NTR even if they didnt had sex they were going to have which makes it NTR. NTR its more than sex with other man that isnt MC which is what most people dont understand nowadays

sorry to interrupt your NTR conversation.

I didnt try this game jet, so i guess the "how to play it" is like DfD? you play from ep.1 to atm ep.18 and have to dl each ep seperatly.

relevant question here, do you need the incest patch for offline version? or the patch only designed for the online one?

I've been playing this game since the first episode and been a supporter of it on Patreon. I love it for the graphics and the characterizations of most of the women in this game. The men all suck as characters though, the MC included. The story has gotten increasingly bizarre for no good reason really. It would have been a perfectly fine visual novel without it. There's drama thrown in just for drama's sake. Dennis is incredibly obnoxious, to the point i just hate that he's in the game at all. He's not a good antagonist. He's just there to repeatedly kick the MC in the balls emotionally, except that's spread to causing harm to others as well.

A lot has been made of whether it is NTR or not. Regardless of whether it is, people are still unnerved by the ending to the recent update. Whether it's NTR or whether Dennis actually slept with either girl is a minor point to me. Dennis has put the MC and now at least two of the women into all kinds of really messed-up situations, and as I mentioned the game repeatedly gets into drama just for drama's sake, like a tv show that kills off a main character just for ratings and so people will talk about it. At this point, there's absolutely nothing that could be done to Dennis to undo what he's done. He can be stopped in some way, but I don't really see that as being that satisfying. It will just mean an end to him causing new trouble, but won't begin to offset the trouble he's caused. I think the devs either underestimate the accumulated damage Dennis is causing, or how well they made us like the female characters. The fact that Dennis has now caused serious trouble for them really puts me off of this game, although my interest had been waning in the past because of the increasingly unbelievable story, Dennis's god-moding through the MC's life, and pointless drama.

This really could have been a great game, and started off with all kinds of promise. The Daughter for Dessert one was, although it too shared some of the issues that have become more pronounced in this one. But this game moved the focus from the MC and the women to Dennis and Mosley, the MC's own tragic but completely unnecessary past, and some very weird plot that detracts from everything else.

I don't get how you mock others on self esteem issues
It's simple. Here we have something like jealousy. That is, a doubt about someone's loyalty. Fear of losing someone or losing to someone.
In this case, it is something like a fear of losing a boxing match to 3-year-old Adolf Hitler (aka Denis), who is sleeping under drugs in the middle of the ring, and you have a knife / bat / machine gun in your hands and a couple of strong bodyguards (girls) behind your back. So yes, this is precisely a very low self-esteem if someone is afraid of losing in such a situation.
Of course, bodyguards (definitely not your sisters) can shoot you in the back, but then what's the point of hating Denis? There are problems from the other side.
