Generally I agree, making the same game three times is a bit tiring. However, for many devs this is the first foray into coding (at least on a more major scale than finding prime factors or greeting the world) and even if everything works, sooner or later too many things are not optimized - at all. Which may make some future ideas more complicated to implement, which may slow down the game significantly, or other inconveniences both for player and dev, and usually all of the above. So I'd argue that revamps can be a good thing, and if they happen early enough in development even may speed up the ending, so win-win-double win.Normally I'd complain about a Dev Milking when they revamp their game but not with this because Dev was never selfish with content he never string you along in hopes that you probably be graced with an exposed left boob with each update like some Devs do and besides the story is definitely worthy of a revamp being told best a possible. forgot to mention he actually gave us an option to pick our MC race I can finally play a game as Tyrone Long Dick StylePraises to this Dev only other game that did this was Rockin Robin and I was so disappointed when Dev remove that option.

the blond slutty girl that you fuck in the other version, friend of the daughter, the one who wishes to do it again, it had great sex animation although the aspect ratio jumped all over and sometimes it was just 2/4 of the screen, but that could be easily fixed, but now the sex animation that could have been similar with daughter is just replaced with still pics, like I was reading a fansadox comic

I absolutely remembered those reviews and conversations and took them to heart. When I get feedback on the game, good and bad, I do study it and consider the strengths and weaknesses in the analysis. I have always found writing sex scenes difficult. It's such a nebulous area when it comes to what makes for a good or bad scene.
Those conversations helped me get a feel overall for what players wanted to see and experience and helped steer a bit in the creative process as I worked out different things. I tried to strike the right balance of dialogue. I didn't want there to be a lot (Cause coming up with original dirty talk gets difficult real quick). But what was there I wanted to time it so that it had some impact in the scene. I wanted it to make sense, what was said and when.
I also wanted different dialogue and internal monologues depending on which path your on, blue or red and I think that came through pretty good as well.
Thanks! I'm feeling that way as well. As I go into these streams and start doing the art, I feel like I know where I'm finally going. This chapter was a good chance for me to get my hands on this entire project and really put my stamp on it and make it mine.
As much as I appreciate the work and effort from the old team, going forward, this is my game.

When a Ren'Py game has no Mac version, I build my own with the Ren'Py SDK. It's really simple - unzip pc game version to folder set in Ren'Py config (by default might be "Downloads",) then in SDK: select "Build", unselect "PC" and make sure Mac is selected. Build. Profit.Cassie is my favorite of all games that I have played in my life..... and I have a mac...
Edit: While I've had no problems with SDK 7.4.0 (will be trying 7.4.2 soon) some people have. So you may want to try SDK 7.3.5, I have read that it's a graphics card issue and older machines don't have cards which support the new requirements (how old? Mine is a mid-2015 and has a graphics card that can do the job.) So if building with 7.4.x results in a game you can't play, this is probably why.

Theres a lil problem with this transition and also background extremely bright its near to impossible to read. Ive had to skip alot I just cant read it white text bright background

you make those choices in the beginning of 2.0
not all of them for example if you had one of the girl pregnant it does not pass to the current version

Easily fixed. Go into notebook, select cheats. select person you want. modify stats to show pregnancy.
That's how I got the 4 ladies pregnant again.
Though to be honest, I think by the time we get to a chapter where pregnancy show or affects things all the older chapters should have been added to new engine so just need a quick replay.

You might want to check in with Vren, who I think has written some code to queue up renders in DAZ, using the command line. i.e. you can perfect your base render to your preference, and then queue up multiple render jobs for each additional skin tone, particularly important to Lab Rats 2 with the procedural/randomly generated models.
When I was chatting with him, he was absurdly helpful and open to feedback/input, so maybe he'd be open to sharing/license his work. While his application of it is not to everyone's taste, I (for one) appreciate the tech/work behind it and can see the application to running renders in batch jobs.

Well... one more game that is over for me because plot with my favorite character was just destroyed with being too rushed and "she was actually always into it" instead by being gradually corrupted... and that somehow always happens, I don't know way devs go in that direction...
i think that actually, sadly, Teachers Pets was the best one considering gradual corruption and tempo until being abandoned.
