i have the same problem, the only solution i found was to start s1m04 from the begining, but that means a few scenes did not trigger because the new save is missing some variables from the older saves.

if i start s1m04 from start this error occured when MC about to finish but when i load from S3 save file this error
occured when Adam ask to show me house MC says " No. no. sure let's go"
