I think I've missed all the content by playing the loyalty path to Louise. For example, there's this girl who invites herself into our house, I saw a scene where she came in to take a bath and then she completely disappeared .
But with all the Mafia involved, I feel like Louise is always going to get hurt.

Exactly, Loiuse never mentions it, so I thought it was a bug, but with the madness mechanic of the game, the medication and the visions, maybe it was all in the MC's head .

I also turned off the notifications for more immersion, along with the borders that indicate it is a dream, so I end up confused .

Finally playing this game and checking out the thread.... Question, are there actual scenes with Cindy? If so, any advice on what would be necessary to see those? Is there an actual path or route for Cindy? The walkthrough seems to only focus on Louise following the latest update.

I did a quick playthrough and did the Louise/ Danielle threesome path and it was great but I would love to know if I was missing out on Cindy scenes.

There is, make sure your playing the latest version 0.4.8b. There was a bug with the previous release where the option to spend the night with Kimiko was hidden.

Her walkthrough is relatively simple, just be nice to her and when your given the option to make her a li (its very obvious) say yes.

I did, even used the WT Mod to choose the relevant option that raise her points, but still the most i got was the browsing the photos with her at the beach event. I skipped rthe mini games though, should I play them on a particular difficulty?

Quick and Dirty walkthrough for Kimiko route:

Branch 1 is "Be supportive or Be Realistic" when talking to Louise (Kimiko is available on both routes, but seriously, playing away from Louise like that....)

Branch 2 is "I don' think of her this way or Let her continue" The first is a a more protective / LI route, whilst the other is a bad choice.

Branch 1 -> Are you Okay -> Help Her -> Visit Kimiko -> Branch 2 - Give the Sign -> Help Kimiko -> Yes

I cannot offer support for the MOD, it's not made by me, nor directly supported by me. I do not have time to fault check someone else's code. I barely have time to check my own! As such, it is quite possible the mod re-introduced a bug that I remove (specifically in Kimiko's path) if that is the case this may explain why you do not get those scenes in ch4.

It should also go without saying that being nice to her is better than not, unless your on a corruption path, then the tables are turned.

If after doing the above, you still do not get the 'visit kimiko' option in ch4. send me the save file at that point and I'll dig at the variables.

unless plot has changed since early days there was option to have sex with her when she offered herself to mc but that was bad choice.

The scenes are similar but there is a difference in some of them.

Hey, I just read up your post and wanted to let you know that there was likely bug in the old version. But ever since I reworked the wt mod, I've played through all of the paths and everything is approachable and playable.

Hello all to the first 'public' progress update for Dreams of Reality 0.4.9. There's a few bits to cover so let's get started!

Kimiko Defloration.tv:
Last week I released all of the versions of part one of Kimiko's Defloration.tv series. Part Two will be releasing in a couple of months. My current focus is shifting onto the production of the next Dreams of Reality update 0.4.9.

I hope you enjoyed the images and videos, Do you want me to do the same again? or perhaps just produce the images by themselves. I am considering creating only videos for her second part, though this does come with a larger overhead in production time.

The release of this was quite late in the month, later than I had intended. If anyone who cancelled their pledge this month and lost access to the files before downloading them still wishes to get them, please let me know either on here or directly on Discord.

Progress update:
Members will have seen the detailed breakdown for the next update. But for all of you I have the more colourful version:



Changes / Fixes in 0.4.9:
Based on specific feedback (and something I've been planning for a while), the scope of the 0.4.9 update has been expanded. Along with the two patch fixes, I've implemented the following changes:

• Spending the night with Kimiko now properly shows her morning scenes.
• The replay gallery has been reworked and is now persistent, allowing scenes to be accessed from the main menu.
• Several images in the bonus gallery were the wrong size and have been corrected.
• An incorrect image of Cindy touching Jacob during a hot moment with Louise has been fixed.
• Both boss replay animations have been corrected and now play properly from the replay screen.
• An error when viewing Kimiko's relationship screen has been fixed.

The replay gallery has been redesigned for better efficiency and readability, with around 200 lines of redundant code removed. This has also fixed some longstanding issues affecting certain scenes.

One bug report remains unresolved: during some of the last options at the beach house, the overlay stays open for choices. If you've experienced this issue, please contact me with details so I can replicate and address it.

Quality of Life Changes:



Aside from the replay gallery updates, I'm working on several Quality of Life improvements:

• I'm developing an in-game walkthrough that can be turned on or off at any time. Instead of a route-specific option highlighting system, I've opted for a more conventional style. Choices will have point values, with orange text directing you to specific routes and green text highlighting choices that unlock additional scenes or future options.
• The Graphical Choice Menu used in the 'pseudo' free-roam menu in chapter four will be replaced with the version from the latest update (0.4.8b). I'll share progress images in a future update. This change aims to create a more unified and professional look, moving away from the 'baby's first Photoshop' aesthetic.

Some players mistook the Graphical Choice Menu for a free-roam or sandbox, which is not the intention. "Dreams of Reality" is not a sandbox game; relationship points cannot be gained through content repetition. The graphical menu is meant to represent a choice menu, allowing flexibility in the order of choices. Some choices are locked or will vary based on previous decisions.

The style change should help clarify the 'choice menu' feel, aligning it with the 'grey bar' aesthetic seen in the latest iteration. While a simple choice menu was considered, extended scenes that represent significant gameplay/story segments deserve a distinctive presentation to highlight their importance.

Due to the nature of the scenes having some optional story changing choices I decided against using the renpy replay funtion, it's effectively an animation replay only. This is unlikely to change.

As for the second option - its in the game:



Though I seem to remember noticing a bug with this recently so it might not be 'fixed' in the current version.

Hello everyone.

Most of my time has been spent creating and rendering animations. There is currently 26 animations for the Cassie scene of which 15 have been rendered.



I plan for at least 1 or possibly 2 more to round out this scene. A few static images will be peppered in to aid in transition. I've done some extensive testing of the progression of the scene - multiple views that get unlocked as well as a visual indicator of who is 'winning'.



There is still some writing to be done to finish out the scene, but I hope to have this completed by the end of this week, ready to start on the next scene. Rendering the animations will take a couple of weeks at least.

It will be nice to get back to making static images after spending so long staring at timelines!
