From Steam:
The current version contains 18 of 20 chapters (split between both campaigns) for the first act; many of the earlier installments in the story are far shorter than those found later, the most recent being the longest yet. The complete story (three acts!) will be playable on steam when finished in totality, the steam version receiving new story additions a few months after they're released on my site; this will be the case until development is fully complete.
Hmmm

It's v0.99re. Not even the ce version.
Basically it's the bugfixed version of 0.98ce BUT without the extra "cards" and an extended scene IIRC. So the version we have has more content than the v0.99re on steam and for free.
There is a full version (0.0.99, so still Act I - Part IX) on Game Jolt with some extras (e.g. walkthrough).

And of course, there is a free version of chapters 1-8.

What about GTA V? The sell the Megalodon Shark card for ~80 USD. Is it worth it?
Anyway, you can buy a regular edition of DF for just ~5 USD. I don't think that it is an excessive price for such game. And you can still play for free if you are willing to wait.

May be he isn't releasing cuz its Epic exclusive ?
Because, Tim Sweeney (Epic) been hounding Steam for distribute porn (adult) games and trash, that would never happen on his platform. I doubt that very much. They just interested in buy exclusive rights to games to have on their platform with money they been "making" from milking Fortnite players. Under the guise of saving developers from the HUGE cut Steam take on their platform to distribute. All the while rejecting any devs that want to distribute their games on Epic, unless they sign exclusivity deals. So much for save the poor devs right?

Well that needs to be review bombed
Might want to be careful with such, as well as bomb the discussion forum on steam etc. At least if you try do it with your "main" steam account, because you could end up get suspended, and that could actually affect your steam library of games as well.

Can anyone post here his last post of his website and his Patreon account (titled Clarification on Part X's Release)? Al least, I want to know what his next lie is.

How many people are willing to sacrifice a few bucks to leave a review? obviously we don't want to many people to do it but I think like 10 - 20 people from here reviewing it and warning people on steam who are unaware of the past lies and broken promises should have a significant impact. I'm willing, anyone else?

Actually steam allows you to refund a game up to 24 hours

It is interesting that he didn't know the current delay would happen and yet he has the steam page setup for the upcoming release only today...

Also isn't it weird that he would release the game for less than 10$ with free updates (I assume cause his chapters dont have enough content to be sold as DLC). So he's undercutting his own patreon where people there need to pay 5 or 12$ per update.

This whole steam thing is he's latest ploy to bring the game to the attention of people who don't know about it's long long list of delays and lies. It's a smart move on he's part, he knows those who have been supporting him aren't going to put up with much more and those that finally see through all he's deception will soon be replaced with a new herd of unaware supporters to continue to line he's pockets.

BTW, if anyone's interested you can also check, reply and even start Discussions/Threads in the Steam page for GD's game without having purchased his game.

Damn game has not been updated for 1.5 years. But he still makes $ 9,000 a month. It is really interesting. Is there something we can't see?
