At those who want the thread closed: A BIG NO to that! I am one of the longtimers on the thread and come here for my dose of Memes and the Captain´s Log! We would loose a fountain of fun with the thread closed!
By the way to all other longtimers, did you notice that there is a "special" longtimer who is very silent for a couple of days and right now? I think most know who I allude to.
Maybe someone with the time and/or skills will make a mod of "Dual Family". The game has potential, if you tighten the story. (gumdrop already stretched it needlessly, obviously with the intention to lenghten the process for more money, when he still did updates)
Mot of us longtimers are here because we saw the potential of the game and how it was wasted out of greed.

That stretched story was what drew me into the game originally (when the game was still being developed). It was refreshing to see a developer finally give the story its due weight. A lot of incest games jump from "Daughter, your mother and I are getting a divorce" to "Come on, daddy, let's fuck" in the course of a single day in the game. (AWAM is ridiculous, where the mother goes from being skittish about sunbathing next to her son to showing him tits and pubes and posing lewdly over three or four days.)
Disclaimer: I have no idea whether GD was sincere about this in the beginning or whether he planned to milk the game as much as possible. In my opinion, GD got lazy and when the game became too much for him to handle, he just gave up developing it but was too much of a coward to admit it (and too greedy to lose the income).

Hi!
With "stretched out" I did not mean the main storyline itself, because I agree it is refreshing to have games without "let´s jump into bed" within a few days of gametime. But towards the end of the current development it became clear gumdrop started sidelines obviously never being intended to be followed, but to be filler for stretching out development time.
For instance, the Aunt with her partly mysterious background and motives has great potential, while homewrecker Karen got far too much screentime. Outside the son route (I prefer vastly the Dad path) Karen became just an annoyance with too much time on stage in the last updates.
Her "take me, I can give you what your daughter (I hate) can´t" is grating, especially since she does much to disrupt her Uncles family and still is unable to truly see what her Mom and her Aunt seem to recognise at least partially. That father and daughter make googly eyes towards each other.
AWAM does many things right, but I agree that one thing was not well-thought through, namely that the Mom started out too prude to change this fast, the game should not be measured in game days, but game weeks.
In DF at least, the marriage is already on the rocks, the daughter is an acknowledged Daddy´s Girl and something of a spark between Mom and Son is hinted at.

(In other words, I don't like too early content, but I hate too much stretching. There is a simple word called BALANCE . For a perfect game - story plot, u need a perfect balance. If u show everything within first 3 updates, it certainly will lost curiosity of any smart men, but then again...if U stretchin' too fucking much like ''Wife &Mother''money milker developer, you only making yourself look like dumb idiot without idea or creativity, u make zero animation, zero action, and you just spinin' round and round and round...then - instead to put INCEST AND PORN title in genre, just put a fucking TRUTH : ''my stupid game will be only TEASING genre, cause I am too dumb to create something better'' and ever1 will be happy, so those who love TEASING genre will follow U, and vice versa)

I do not want to be thinking badly, but I just entered the Don Milking's website, and now it appears that the composition is completed (when it had been set to almost complete) and the animation as almost completed (when it had been set to half completed). Maybe, changing the tag of his game in this forum is pressing him something.

NOPE, even if guy re-activate the game, I will be the 1 to spit on Patreon on him, cuz even if he returns, I'll know that he is back to milk mo' money. 2 years w/o update is bullshit mate. If he returns now, only lowest IQ moron can support him AGAIN.

i hope he finally feels some pressure. bad publicity could end up being good in the end for user base.. If this forces him out hybernate all the better. but people should remain warry of this developer from this point on.
he cant really make use of any excuses since he has not released anything for almost 2 years if says he has hardware problems he has made more then enough to buy new hardware. so he cant really make use of any excuse unless he says his pc was destroyed in that end no one would even believe him, it will only show that he was total crap anyways.

I have known people to report him on Patreon but nothing is done. Now with the recent crackdown on other devs doing half the shit he does with incest, he is still up. Patreon needs to called out on this obvious favoritism.

It would be quite the scenario if he updates the game shortly after it got tagged abandoned. To me, that would confirm 2 things.
- He was milking this game the entire time. If the game was so close be being done for who knows how long, its not a coincidence it gets updated just after being tagged abandoned.
- Putting the abandoned tag forced his hand. He has been saying forever that its not abandoned, but now he has to prove its not abandoned but since he has no proof it isn't and it got the tag here he must release something.
It also shows all his other excuses were BS.

The only possibility for the user base to truly trust him again is to publish Part X and the beginning of Act 2 immediately, and in six months he will publish the beginning of Act 3. But as that will not happen except in crazy dreams.
True. And from that moment on, F95 should put the abandoned tag if he has not been updated for a month. To fuck his milking and force him to update the game as soon as possible.
