And from my memory now it was like 4, maybe 5 out of 10 comparing to this one. So yeah, good ones are a rare rarity, agree.

My first first person H dungeon crawler was Lightning Warrior Raidy, back in the Age of the Classics aka Ye olde 56K Days, when Three Sisters Story, Mayclub, Season of the Sakura and such high-tech shite were the state of the fecking art ... How far we have come, how far we have fallen.
Actually no, haven't tried it yet. How is it compared to DunEro?
'Tis of a different style (both gameplay- and art-wise), of course, but there are similarities. In some regards, it feels less polished, but it has variety, depth and substance enough to stay interesting for quite a bit. It even works as a game, without the H.
Maybe most importantly, you can tell that the author had fun and enjoyed making it - and that does spark over on the player, I find.
Since you have not played it, I would say you are in for a treat - definitely recommended.
If the fetishes do not turn you off, of course. But it is quite vanilla and as such suitable for a wider audience - there is neither harder stuff like gore or scat, nor specialist stuff like pregnancy; just monsters, plants, ghosts, a few tentacles here and there, slimes, humans, demons, traps ... standard dungeon fare. Although, come to think of it, I remember no goblins. Strange. Maybe my memory.

Goblin Slayer), because just now, by not remembering them in Lewdest Labyrinth, I remembered another first-person dungeon crawler I immensely enjoyed:
Puppeteer of Prizna. Because that one
has goblins. And is quite recommended, too.
