God, enjoy the game but the amount of times I've lost some great power ups and items going through a dungeon just SIMPLY due to escape being the key that closes the game is absolutely infuriating. I don't understand just WHY some developers feel it necessary to make escape the auto close key, where so many titles have escape function as some form of pause menu. My dumb lizard brain just can't help but automatically go for it half the time.
Just lost about 3 candies, the speed powerup, level 4 fire ring back down to one, and the luckycat ring ALL because of the games save system, and the fact the game terminates on hitting escape. Genuinely so frustrating, and while the game itself is enjoyable, my own idiocy mixed with this aspect of the game has me just about ready to put it down for good if it happens again. Anyone know if there is away to change the keybindings at all to change this aspect? Only thing I can think of personally is just setting up a keyboard setting at this point to completely unbind esc, but god, I don't know if I've ever been so annoyed with a hentai game despite enjoying it in my life due to something so small.
