Just to check since I have tried every option, there is currently no way to permanently remove the Chasity cage? Even if you get it off its impossible to get past the fuck 3 people/penis enanchment challenge and you are forced back into Chasity?

No, it's not possible to remove it permanently, you can only have it removed at the end of the week, then Alex will cage you again.
