Oh I do like Desert Stalker. Never played Oppai. I'll check that one out. Another good sandbox, in my opinion, is Harem Hotel.

It used to be like Milfy City. The tag gets slapped on it and then Bluecat released an update to get it taken off.
Now its more like Offcuts. The developer of that game has been saying that the update is being worked on yet its been over 3 years with no proof. Bluecat has been saying the merge is being "worked" on for over 2 years with no proof.
Wonder what game it will be compared to in the 3rd year of waiting for the merge.

Sadly, when you have a game like Milfy City and many similar to it having been abandoned how long now, still have 3k patrons on Patreon still giving money to it. One has to wonder who these people are, still giving support for it. It boggles the mind.

Wonder no longer, friend. It's not actually people actively supporting them, rather people that sign up for stuff(especially the bianual or anual payment plans) and then forgetting about it. Especially for porn and porn adjacent stuff, lots of folk tend to use different email adresses, payment methods or, at the very least they make sure not to be signed up for any regular updates on main.
I recently found out that I have been paying a subscription to an MMO I haven't touched in about 3.5 years.

its a shame this has been Abandoned AGAIN, i loved this Game & wanted to see at least the first month completed, guess its time to move on.
is dark mind patch makes the game an entirely different game? i only want to play this once, but i am afraid that dark mind might spoil the story or something, plus does it give different scenes or something?
it should only add more scenes (incest mainly) so if you want the full deal you should get it and install it

What's funny is seeing this repeat itself in other game' threads. Some are at a point now where this game was, circa end of 2020. With the same exact behaviors (excuses for delays, promises, etc.). We'll see if these patterns repeat or will their dev break out of the seemingly inexorable pull of their own Bermuda triangles.

The DM patch is the story as it was intended to be experienced. Without it you miss the bulk of the lewd scenes after week 1, and all the family fun times. Can't really imagine why someone would intentionally play without it, as the game doesn't make much sense this way.

Tried making some characters in the roomgirl game version to see how it would look, could be better and studio wise it would be a lot better if it had more mods ported over, like an FoV slider lol none the less also tried to somewhat do the over lighting bluecat would do on some of his scenes to the characters.

I wonder how often bluecat gets that dopamine hit from banning someone, maybe it puts him on a high for so long he can't do work
.The longer the merge/update takes the more of a missed opportunity it is for a new parody/remake game to pop up. If it ever happens they should like call it Perverted Teacher made by RedDog
