I think the thing that adds to the "creep factor" is part of the power differential. Parent's have a power over their children, so D/d and M/s are considered more manipulative. That's why porn games, and porn often flip the equation and have the daughter or son be the initiator. And cubba is right, D/d incest is hard to pull off without D looking like a creepy nut job. Picture Perfect and The Guardian did it pretty well though.
