Choose a version of Week 1 - Days 1-7 Final, it is available as either multiple parts or a single 16.6 GB file or different levels of compression. Go to Lewdpatcher and find Week 1 - Final from the previous versions link, and download that to experience all the game has to offer. You can add the week 1 mod if you wish, the mod was put on hold for the rest of the weeks because a final merge of all the weeks is supposed to be happening. Once you have played week 1, download Week 2 - Days 8-14 Final in whatever form you choose, keep it in a separate folder and do not attempt to merge with week 1. Go to Lewdpatcher and install Day 8-14 - Final Release for week 2. Once you have played that, download Week 3 - Days 15-21 and keep it separate from the other 2 weeks. Download Day 20+21 - Final patch from Lewdpatcher. The Halloween Special (2020) is another separate download, install the Halloween 2020 Special Patch for that. The other specials were made part of the game already, so there is no need to try to download and play those.

Wait until the end of the year. A merged version of all the current content is planned to be released some time by then, with a bunch of bug fixes, a few additional minor mechanics and the ability to port saves over to any new content that gets released next year.
It's be a smaller download than the current release of Week 1, and will be less downloads overall, even with it's Dark Mind Patch. That alone is a good reason to wait.

Hmm...cant decide if its sad of funny, but there is only one week left and the halloween title fits again...just without a new special.

Probably for the best. People would lose their shit if it was revealed they were working on anything but the merge. Specials are pretty controversial as it is.

I'm kind of waiting, since we were promised 2 specials in 2021 (Halloween and Christmas) and in none of the update posts they said anything about them having been cancelled.
Sorry but this will probably be the year without specials so we can have things finally get back to normal.
Basically the reminder here is, everything is pushing to get the merge done by the end of the year, by done I mean at the very least into Alpha because then we have a clear point of release afterwards. That means a sacrifice of all specials until merge is completed, and probably a bit afterwards to give some buffer to actual updates coming out plus timing windows and shit.
As stated before I'll give a proper progress update at end of October, or if Bluecat makes an update post, whichever comes first.
I'm still recovering from dental extractions so not in the mood for bullshitting, I'll talk to you all laters.

Ahhhh... Just finished week 3 and I have to say, this is one of my top favourites in this genre. So many cherries to pop, so little time. I'm surprised that the skin on MC's dick hasn't peeled off from fucking all those tight pussies 
. I have a few regrets though: 1) I wish I never made MC put his dick anywhere near Satsune. She's such a fucking moron, and I want to cave her face in with a frying pan. 2) I should have stayed away from Crazy Nurse. She looks creepy as fuck... gives me the chills every time I look at her.
Oh well... can't wait to see how certain events play out. Such a shame that the next update is so far away.

Oh, wait, I forgot all about the specials. I'm not done yet, more Ecchi Sensei coming up.

You'll need to start from scratch when the merge comes out, so you'll have the option to keep your distance from Satsune. Sort of. You can skip all sex scenes, but I don't think you can opt out of many of them narratively. I think Tara is the only scumbag you can actually skip. But like you said, things make play out in interesting ways that let us fuck them over in a less literal sense.Ahhhh... Start from scratch? Didn't I read somewhere that you would be able to carry over you saves from previous weeks? If you're able to do it currently, I don't see why it would be a problem with the merge. The save files for the current week have decisions that you made from previous weeks even though you don't have the previous weeks installed anymore.
Anyway, onto my top three:
I'm currently going back and forth between Saki and Mao as my favourite. Following in third is Fuyu.
For some reason, I have a soft spot for Riu (Sloth-Chan) even though she doesn't say or do much. I think it's the eyes that get me.
I think my top three are Tomoe, Masae, and Nikki.

My puddingfighter and paninivampire are unbeatable without thinking about it, but then it gets complicated...hmm...process of elimination...old hags, cows, sluts, boring and annoying girls are out...same goes for those i dont know or dont remember anymore...who is left? Kaede, taru, mika, shina, nanami, michiko, akina, itsumi, shion and the 2 little daughters, dont remember their original names...still 11...fuck...you know what? I decide after week 5 ^^

Actually, the save system has been a little jank for a while. The merge is supposed to fix that, which renders the broken saves useless. Or something, I dunno.
Those are some good choices. Mao, Fuyu and Rui are definitely up there with me. Honestly, I love all the girls in Matsu's class.
That's why I keep it to three. It makes it harder to choose

Which one of the girls would you most like to see their story progress even further?
For me it's Tomoe. I can't wait for Tomoe's wedding. That should be fun/interesting... but it seems like that could be at least a few weeks away. It's been agonizing being with Tomoe and knowing you can't go all the way. I also wish Tomoe would do some more crazy shit like that blowjob under the desk in class
