Unless month 1 comes right after that, people will see it as a "Milfy City" kind of update just to keep some patreons.
2 years is a long ass time, I don't think any update other than the full game can it live up to expectations.

Finally we got it (not yet but we're going there) , hallelujah ! I needed 2y. Of course it doesn't excuse the delay but at least we got it before the end of may, better than nothing i'll say

dayum, 2 years of no updates, but looking at his patreon with over 400 active subs. Either they are all on copium, or people forgot to unsub, or they are getting high quality content with their money's worth. 2 years is a long ass time to wait even if I was a paying member, woulda bailed within 2 months of nothing.

I stopped after 6 months, at the end of '20 (got duped by the Halloween special). n pretty sure most of those remaining are the T6 type, where u "supposedly" get the 3rd benefit (whaddaya wanna bet Yuki n Fuyu are involved?

Nope. Skummy said that it will be just a regular update. Meaning that its just like the days updates we were getting in 2018-2020. Just two days worth of content.
So, 5 dollars per month for 20 months = 100 dollars for 2 days of content that will probably be, what?, maybe a couple hours if you read slow? People really getting their moneys worth.

I like Ecchi Sensei and I do hope it continues but I'm getting Milfy City vibes. Abandoned tag is nearing, Bluecat scrambles and says an update is coming, and look at that, an Alpha less then a month after the tag goes up. I really do hope its just Bluecat pulling his head out of his ass and realizing that he needs to start working again.
if you look at previous status updates the days 22-23 images and german script were done a long time ago, needed to be translated into english and coded which i guess has been going on since the feb status update?
so not exactly cobbled together in under a month but who knows

Yeah, days 22-23 were done except for translation since January 2021. Over a year later and we just now get an alpha. Took this long to translate? Thats why I'm getting those vibes. Over a year, nothing. In April with the tag nearing, he starts saying that an update is coming.

Yeah, that's the fear. Hope for the game to renew its development but doubt that it'll evolve beyond. So much time has passed with the bare minimum done. We've waited, and had fun while doing so, might as well see it further.

Personally, I think that his subs are starting to seriously question his intentions and he is starting to panic. He had a half-assed update mostly done before hand and now that he is starting to panic, he will release it so that people will calm down. After people calm down, he will go back to raking in free money for no work.

Bluecat just released an Alpha. I'd say the chances are better that an update will actually be released. After that? Who the fuck knows if it will continue or turn into a milkfest again.

From his notes it looks like an alpha (with some features deactivated) he wants them to pick through, so it'll probably be awhile for the Final to come out.

Well if its anything like the other days updates, it will take 2 weeks to get from Alpha to Final. So I'd say around the middle of June for it to get here. Maybe earlier.
Well, if the update does drop, I'm going to need to replay everything to both remind myself of what's going on and because I no longer even have a safe file to work. That's why I was really hoping to get month 1 first instead. Well, regardless, even if they release the update today, I'm thinking I'll wait a bit to see if we get another update next month before I waste my time replaying everything just for these couple of days.
