Skummy, he's lied to you for 18 months. He's only your friend because you pay him and you do PR for him. A real friend would not consistently lie to you, and neither would they let you sacrifice yourself. Nobody hates you, but I do wonder why you continue to be Bluecats slave. You're degrading yourself

And you can carry on flip flopping and going back on your promises, but bluecat has ruined his own game. If it takes a tag on a forum to make him work, then there would only ever be one final update. Before another 18 month delay. The game is finished. Bluecats greed and incompetence is the reason for that

In my opinion, what's likely to happen is another Milfy Shitty situation where Bluecat will release a wimpy little update soon just to remove the abandoned tag and remove some of the heat and prolong the scam for as long as possible, then disappear in the same manner.

Sorry, but as critical as I am of BC I have to agree with DocPorny. He got a warning, and had he changed his tone and/or become a bit more diplomatic I believe he wouldn't have been banned.

They went overboard in deleting all his posts, though. And IMO it's actually to their detriment, because there's no record of his conduct. And it seems probable it could have been a batch delete done out of convenience rather than attempt to silence. Not like that kind of thing has never happened here...

Actually I and many others support doc. Knuckledraggingtroll even posted before we went to discord that he was gonna flame till he got banned. clearly his idea of flaming is to use foul and abusive language. Clearly because once he was banned he could come back here and play the victim.

This is the comment of someone trying to avoid reality. The reality is, nothing has been released for over 18 months so all that "fun bits" you want to talk about? Go through the past 18 months of posts and you'll find them, perhaps start from 18 months ago and work your way through to now and you'll see it dry up cause there's only so much you can talk about for something that hasn't changed.

Regarding the guy banned on discord, who cares. Shit happens, but it produced results which is more than BlueCat has given for 18 months to those who PAY HIM. Before anyone says "higher tiers" get some stuff and maybe that's true, but the "bottom tier" is still a paying customer who hadn't gotten any proof of work in that time span and now BlueCat posts random proof after getting annoyed/agitated for free, making that month you spent feel even more worthless.

On that picture of his work though, it's curious if you read into what's shown and what's not shown given everything that's been said over time.

Day 22/23 was supposed to already be done right and just needed translating right? So why does the post show the days script which was already done in the native language, and not the translations script that actually needs to be done?

Upon further looking at it, it's interesting comparing that to his previous days scripts where the most recent had his language and the English one in the same days script file and had an extra translations folder for some other translation adjustments to English (not sure why, to be honest) but if he decided to separate out the English translation altogether (which is fine) I'd still expect to see a tab hinting to being the one for translations. That program tends to reopen what you were working on, so unless he just closed it off or he just hasn't touched it. Could be someone else is doing it, in which case I guess the MTL definitely didn't go ahead.

Came back to this thread for the expected total failure in delivery and resulting shitstorm of entertainment.

You gotta laugh at the fact that this is literally one of the most primitive RenPy games ever in terms of programming, scriptwriting, and graphics, yet the dev somehow couldn’t manage even something like a 25-screen slideshow in a month (or two years, if that’s how you look at it).

But i feel somewhat bad for scummy (or perhaps they’re a macohist) in that he still hasn’t managed to escape from this, and that he’s getting pulled back in.
I seem to recall the end-of-month release being an absolute deadline, to cut ties with the indefensible and move on with a clean break. Save yourself...

No one really knows except bulecat and he is not talking here at all anymore and has not been for a very long time.
Now with that being said the last """GAME""" update was over 2 years ago and the last special that came out is now over 18 months which is the time that if no update of any kind comes out then the abandon tag goes on.

Everyone just should leave this thread and just keep watch on the "Latest Updates" to see if it ever comes out again.
I for one will now unwatch this thread so I don't keep getting new post indicator for this thread.

Well, I see this has finally got the Abandoned tag. It is truly unfortunate how this all went down. Alot of us saw the writing on the wall some time ago, but I always did secretly hope that this development team would get their act together and start producing content again. I would like to say that they will wake up and do so, but I also know the damage has already been done. The trust has long been broken. Even if they do produce an update, I don't see me coming back. Too many games, too little time.

Anyways, I am going to leave this one in the adult game graveyard, much like so many others before it. I may come back and visit on the rare occasion, just to see if people are still milling around and fighting for this one. Well, I hope everyone takes care and we will see you in the next go around.

Skummy Ecchi I think everyone can agree that Emotions have been running high at times and tempers have flared up resulting in some less than acceptable arguments and words being said on here. Everyone has been given a rough deal with the no Game updates for so long and Skummy is the PR man for BlueCat but we need to understand Skummy aint Blue so anything we say is damaging the wrong person. Thats like attacking a defense lawyer because his client was a obvious criminal and that dont fly in the real world.
I respect pretty much everyone here so lets keep it respectable.. That cool with Y'all?

IMO it would be incredibly disappointing if they're not separating out the English translation by now. No way what they were doing is good practice.

And to play Devil's advocate:
There seem to be 11 tabs open, how many do you expect?

Everyone agrees the programming was primitive, even the programmers. As for the writing and graphics, that's a matter of opinion of course. All I can say is that I enjoy the narrative and would be mostly indifferent to changes or "improvements" to the graphics. Unless change would mean the girls' appearances would be affected, in which case I'd actually be opposed to it.
