Both of them. Since JAST translated the h-scenes, someone made a patch for the "fan translated one" adding even them inside. So in the end doesn't matter what you pick, both version have the h-scenes translated now. The only thing that you need to pay attention of course it's the content - in which the fan translation it's ten thousand better obliviously, but I think that you already know this.

They start coming in more frequently after about two thirds of the map. For example, I avoided Russia and went for the easier nations. Started getting more scenes after conquering America. More often than not you're gonna unlock all the abilities of a girl before you finally get to bone them.

We can only hope. It would be a crime against humanity to not translate it. This fucking game is adorable and I want my fucking story/context.
Given the fact that four year has passed since the original game release, and only a couple of months ago JAST has decided to grab this title between their catalogue, I'd dare to say that we'll have to wait another four years. Or maybe more.
It's an item that you need to assign/equip to one of your unit (your own Hero, Himeko, Nobunaga etc..) and... about what actually does, I can't tell you because I've never used such an item. Only those that increase attack, magic, defense etc.
Hate is a hidden stat that determines who is most likely to get attacked. There's two kinds of hate, a static and dynamic. One doesn't change throughout it's like a set hatred, usually higher for tankier people. The other kind increases as that unit does damage. I think volatile hate is that static hate you start with. I can't remember exactly.
