Ugh copied this whole games file and pasted it into a flashdrive to transfer it to another computer cause it's newer and somehow during the transition I lost the save files. Does anyone know where the save files are located?

It's only partially translated (some menus some sex scenes). The translator had to stop cause he got hit with a fatty DMCA.

I believe they have the rights to localize them, so maybe. I'm not sure but likely in the future they will do it, depending on how profitable this one was, i assume.
