Don't remember the specifics, but you will be able to go in and out some time after second scene in the mixed bath (lewdness >=56).
I seem to be having a little trouble advancing the Brothel scenarios.
The password for the bulletin board depicting her AV doesn't work with the JP character placement (neither page 1 nor page 2 placements) and also doesn't have enough characters for her full name. The only response is "This can't be true, there must be some mistake!" Which, if you input anything is the reply you earn.

Does anyone know if there's some requirement to get the magic giving enemies to spawn? I haven't met a single one after several hours into the game...

That part of the game was talked about to no end here. You could have just checked the previous pages before asking.
"Check one of the noticeboards in the upper district, you'll learn that Maid Club is recruiting, go there and talk with mama. Agree to work, get money for the uniform, go and talk with needed characters in sewing shop-maid club-hospital-sewing shop. After that a female NPC will appear in Bounty Center, check 2 bounty posters (doesn't matter which ones), she'll offer to train you."
You mean Enders?
Different types spawn only in specific places. You probably saw where ice type appears, other spawn points are more hidden.

Really enjoying the game!
And about the discussion if the game is too hard. It's a RPGM game, just use a save editor if you feel it's more of a challenge than you want.
All in all, I have to say that the game suffers heavily from "no-playtesting-itis". One example among many, the switch in the crystal mine is the same colour as the wall, with a different colour of handle than all the earlier switches, and in the same colour as the heaps of junk strewn all over the place. I'm getting flashbacks to point an click games like Grim Fandango, where you have to solve puzzles without any clues. That said, stupid choices like that is common in many AAA games as well, so...

You will be able to sort of do it during Rapist questline.
First, steal stuff in casino. You'll meet the aforementioned rapist in the jail afterwards, free him, then go see him in the sewers. He will ask you to bring him some clothes. To try to steal some clothes by going the bath at night. After the scene you'll be able to enter the bath at night, but I'm not sure.
I've looked through the thread and didn't see it mentioned so figured I'd ask:
How high do you need to get Elena's lewdness to be able to start having sex? I've been playing a mostly virgin run just because GOR monster sex doesn't really do it for me. I'm at the point where she can give her virginity to the rapist after freeing him, but that seems to be the only scene I can do right now that will make any progress on lewdness (other than losing boss fights).
Can you let the innkeeper or his son be her first? Or the dudes in the bathhouse? Right now it seems like this is scripted and I *have to* let the rapist have his way, but her lewdness is only 18 right now so maybe that's my problem. I'm struggling finding ways to bring it up while preserving her v-card, lol.

Types of regular monsters (tentacle, humanoid, beast and slime) all have 2 versions of scenes -- with no penetration and with after her lewdness is high enough, -- that should bring you to 26 lewdness. Then there's 2 no penetration scenes with the boss that open up when Vulthoom bounty appears. At that lewdness level new scenes should open up.
Sex scenes with a priest, guys in the bath and shota can be unlocked at >=56 lewdness, but Maid Club sex scene should be before that (can't be more specific, because I can't for the life of me find lewdness variable in Maid Club events).
