The only thing that fell a little short for me was the final sex scene with Yumi in the kitchen. The best ones use a combination of dialogue and hot renders to extend a scene out. This particular one seemed abrupt. Especially since the foreplay earlier in the bed was done well.

Also not sure I'm a purist but I'm a big big fan of Harem games!.
And no don't give a shit if the have a boyfriend, fiance or husband before the MC the problem only comes if they keep the sexual part of that relationship after the MC fucks them and then adds them to the harem.
They must normally be loyal to the MC.
And frankly taking someone elses girl is normal in building a harem not strickly necessary but fairly normal.
Its a very real bonus if its a total douche bag you take her from.

I’m probably going to trigger some people with this, but, the MC raising the child product of his girlfriend cheating on him makes him look like a cuck.

The game has good renders and as of this version the NTR is nonexistent although I can already see that it’s going to be kind of a big deal in the narrative , but overall i dont know, it’s not really a story or a game that I would recommend.

I agree with you on your points to have options to view what you want. I think that's one of the things this developer does well, besides the very attractive renders. It feels like there are threats and obstacles all around, but you can manage them. Choices matter, but it's not overdone. If you treat Julia like complete shit, she'll fuck around on you.

I just played a game called College Kings over the weekend that has the same cheating wife/gf trope that you have to deal with. But I stopped playing it because you have to be Stephen Hawking to figure out the right choices to acquire the right traits to get with the girl you want. Elysion makes me feel like I'm working hard without actually working too hard.

If there is a harem route, I'm wondering will I need to balance a certain amount of authority points with love points for the girls to accept it. Will certain girls require more authority, and others more love? Or as the Beatles might say, is love all you need?

i dont think a harem seems that hard honestly. depends on the girl. so far Julia might be the hardest of all the girls MC currently banged. just cause she isnt aware of MC's other girls but if you treat her right she at least doesnt get super pissed off at MC's actions and is able to accept what happened at the club even if she has some reservations. so in her case it'll be something she can explore since she's the kind of girl who went to the club in the first place. as for Yumi well shes already aware MC has Julia at least and she said it herself that she knows. so for her it would be about getting her used to and accepting what kind of person MC is, if MC decides to go for a harem route. the Model Adelle i think well shes already used to open relationships so its more about what kind of rout you go with her. and Lily although MC hasnt hooked up with her seems to at least understand these things happen. and the issue with her dad makes it seems like if you go for love route then you got the ideal father figure. as for dom route well shes already got that to deal with and shows some submissiveness if you go that route so it would make sense. all in all i do think its possible.

but there could also be key choices that affect that possiblity. lets say you think you should tell a certain girl you love them and that makes them think your exclusive. when in reality the choice you should've made was something like. " i love you...but" and then Mc begins to explain his reasonings depending on which girl he deals with and the girl decides if shes ok with harem or not.

Yeah, I had to swallow my pride on that one. Not only did the mc accept the baby of another man, but the wife cheated on him again apparently. But I don't like to give up on games because of a little heartache. I like variety and to see where the story takes me. Who knows, there is clearly something going on with this Dave character. Also, the ex wife has disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Maybe if we hang in long enough, some secret is revealed about the ex-wife that makes her redeemable; maybe even a future addition to the harem. If not, hopefully we get the chance to seek revenge on Dave and the ex-wife while banging the shit out of their daughter. It would be nice to rub in the ex's face that your sister and daughter are willing sluts in my harem.

After picking himself up from depression, he bangs every chick in sight on the way to a harem and was eventually going to get revenge on his gf before the game was abandoned. In Elysion, we don't know the full story of the ex-wife yet. And if it's nothing salvageable, at the very least, the mc hopefully takes some form of revenge.
