It's not piracy if there's no licensed content. Software with paying license to play here is definitely piracy. Products from internet stores with cracks inside here is definitely piracy. Patreon projects have no licensed content, they're just hide behind paywall, there's no piracy in sharing that content. Sorry if I dissapoint someone.

Maybe you used some mods like walkthrough mod? It can be the reason especially if mod isn't updated to current version of the game. Joker's walkthrough mod, for example, is still for the 3rd episode. If you used it it can block the game on the end of 3rd episode.
