Okay, here it is. Going to let it set for a day to catch any errors before I upload it to the other file hosts and edit the post. Please let me know if there's anything untranslated or overflowing text/mistakes.
Fully patched game download + only the patch if you already have the game+DLC.
So far the only thing I've found is that, at the mall, when you highlight the option to take her home, it doesn't say "6" for required confidence level (except when shes on the bench, it says it there)
Edit: also when you take her back to the house from the mall, typo saying 'ksiss' instead of kiss

I don't see the point in prescribing them all. I think it would be easier for you to find them yourself in the editor?

I don't know if it's necessary to translate all Events in maps 008, 030 and 029.
But other than that, I kind of listed all the remaining Japanese text in the maps.
Checked also all the common events and they are all translated.

Thank you. The maps ending with 用 are just temporarily used to teleport the player to for a couple events. The movie theater one (map 30) is only ever used in the flashback during the finale. The base map was copied over including the NPCs, but you can never actually walk around and interact with them. Same thing with map 8 and map 30. Map 18 is the debug room which is not accessible without cheating in an item.

I'm a smidge puzzled, the game ran fine on Joiplay yet after the update, it lags to kingdom Come and back. Right now I'm fiddling with settings to see if I can get it back to being smooth but also want to see if this isn't just on my end.

For Endless mode, you need to get all the Trophies then talk to the item store owner and select the "Advice" option. Here's the Save at the start of the Lover's Mode. Just walk back into the house to end the mode.
