I just managed to delete it.
Right click on the file and chose to archive it if you have winrar.
A new window will open and on the right of the window, choose delete the archive.
Then the file will be deleted

I couldn't move or delete or rename the file...
This work for me... I couldn't even wipe the file with HD tools before. Now everything is fine
I open 7-zip directly.
Then I navigate where the file was(inside 7-zip app)... there i saw it!
I right-click the file, and from the context-menu. Pick rename
I simply added .zip to it(I even left the space at the end)
Then I could move it around, or rename it to something else, and unzip it...

Using 7zip (which is free in the app stores) was key for me being able to delete it.
