There's this thing called tags. It says NTR in the tags. There isn't a tag that says NTR avoidable or unavoidable. The dev informed you there would be NTR.
There are people who don't like NTR, but there are many who don't give a fuck. Look at the ratings, and like ratio.

I don't want gay or futa in my porn. But I don't feel the need to announce it to everyone when a game I used to play has it there as unavoidable and I'm not going to play anymore. They already said there was NTR and it was unavoidable.
You have a creative license to do with the game what you want, Nenad A. . Keep it up. One of the best games out there by a far margin given the interactions and different paths each character seems to be going in.

I think they are more worried about NTR with the male character(s)'s Love Interests.Enlight me please... How would you make game where 2 main characters are females without any NTR? They would have sex with their boyfriends whole game? Or how that would work?
The whole NTR thing gets really weird when you talk about multiple MC's, especially when they are of mixed genders.
As Male protag games tend to play very differently then female protag games and tend to attract a different/sometimes conflicting audience. From dude circling up behind the male mc and wanting to see him mack on as many pretty girls as possible and keep them all for himself - To dudes circling up behind the female MC and wanting to see how fast they can debase her and turn her into the town bike. Each fan base has very different motivations even if they are both technically doing the same thing.
Not saying it cant work with making both bases happy (like having the female protag be able to choose who she sleeps with, and if stories interact, choosing that person to be the male MC as one of many possible solutions), just that there is going to be tension between player bases.
This is also an issue with people wanting to just pick their 1 MC to play the game through. A lot of people want their 1 person they can rally behind and live vicariously through and don't want to have that person's love interests cheat on them. So having a game with multiple protags is hard unless you can choose to not play the others.

I think it's the female character who has sex with other men. I don't mind that it's some heavy taste to have sex with an old man. But what you just wrote there isn't NTR, that is just cheating. Since it isn't the FMC that is being cheated on, but is doing the cheating. (Btw NTR != cheating, but a lot of times is cheating, rape of an LI is also NTR, but obviously isn't cheating).
That being said if they are an LI of one of the Male MCs then yeah, it is NTR. It's all about perspective.
And if none of your MCs wear any green hats (chinese term meaning to have been cheated on or stolen from), then there be no NTR.
