What are you moaning about ? You do realize this game is being sold on a Japanese site and you are pirated it ?
As much as it is stupid in censoring but they don't have to please the foreigners who pirated their games.
And the reason you can change language to English is because there are people outside of Japan that want to buy their games, in this case the non-Japanese speaking customers come to them not the other way around. So instead of complaining about the developers following laws of their country, why don't you go and try to uncensor it instead ?

Sadly, due to a 2013 potato notebook that I have, I've tried fiddling with registry since it was not only saved in AppData.
It broke my game when I went into the FIRST search field - hahahaha...

I really wish there were other games like this: with/kinda 3D open-world, gun-shooting action, and some/more fun actions...

You need to use Window's 'Registry Editor', then go to the said address [ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\InstantArrow\ ] in it...

Your RAM should at least be 24GB if you want to load it fast.
The game is badly optimized.

You know, I have also always wondered about this; I mean it should be as simple as that. NO WAY can an uncensored version then make its way back to a JP national, which would spell trouble with a capital T for the company. Themz r stuuupid.

If a Japanese developer sells his games uncensored in the USA, he is not liable to prosecution. But if a Japanese person takes the game home, to Japan, he is liable to prosecution, but not the developer.
IN THE COUNTRY Japan AND NOT OUTSIDE, according to Penal Code Article 175, ponographic presentations, EXCEPT TITS, must be censored, but every Japanese is allowed to surf uncensored porn sites on the Internet. Yet Japan is one of the few countries that do not impose net censorship. Where is the logic in that?
And the net is full of uncensored Japanese porn...

If you attempt to sequently load two more stages, the usage of RAM may be more terrifying.
