Looks like Reimu and Miyoi have an event which triggers if they're drunk and horny (either from SLUT, Stone of Miranda, or Pink Wind/Lust state)
Yuuka and Nitori have ones if you're a shota, Nitori's if you're walking home from a date and have your first kiss with her. Not sure about Yuuka's, I'm guessing defeated from danmaku
There's something about the Three Fairies, but I think that's the existing one.

Choose the have seggs option and she WILL drain your whole stock.
She is the easiest character to get the raw permission assuming you can beat her easily.

If I remember right, you usually get hate marks for it unless she already likes you. That said, I didn't realize she had naturally high sex drive. I just assumed I just spent too much time raising her sensitivity. I'm having a really hard time fucking her to sleep anymore.
