Wanted to try the new paches after a while since last played era games, but the games (TohoK-to) has like 3-6 positiv by Virustotal on the Erawiki. Any tips on that?

Nah, don't use the denial function, it sucks. The main goal is just fuck girls until they become so sex crazed they'll orgasm almost every turn. Lots of ways to make that easier, like praying for their sensitivities to increase (If they're your lover), and/or using the Demon Book to raise their sex stats faster. Then Fuck/Anal Vibe/Clit Cap/Nip Cap/Kiss, Continue Kissing will occupy all orgasm slots every turn. You should really try to get rid of insensitivity at least, cause those really decrease the chance of quint orgasms. Beyond praying them away or hypnosis, you can also get those perks that ignore insensitivity of girls. If you manage to get a girl to all sensitivities, she becomes an orgasm machine. I have some girls that pretty much have 4-5 orgasms every turn because I trained them with the Demon Book and prayed their sensitivities up.

Hypnosis stuff makes this all way easier, but takes a long ass time to build up. Hypnosis even has its own denial function that actually works.

There are two characters that can become aware that you have timestop powers and have been molesting them.
Sakura is one of them

Does Tenshi count? I have not tried TS-rape on her, but if you grab her panties and resume time without leaving the area, the text suggests she suspects you (a typical "pretty sure it was them, but speaking out loud without proof is a bad idea"), and you do get a Favorability drop.

Yeah, lol. Of course, your girls will eventually need way more stamina/energy drinks than you do to keep up. Good idea to have like 50+ Gin Gin X/Z prepped if you wanna go on a sex spree.

You can also feed them Hermit Peaches or give them Peerless Elixirs before starting sex to temporarily increase their stam/ene max caps (You can't give them to them during sex). Helps a lot and wastes less restoration items during sex to keep them awake. Patchouli starts with 500 stamina or something crazy, if you don't raise her max stam/energy first, you'll have to feed her stam restoration stuff almost every turn to keep having sex with her.

Good news is the girls gain permanent improvements to max stam/energy from sex, unlike the player, so eventually if you fuck them enough they'll actually be able to keep up with you. My Patchouli is already almost up to 1k stam and my Merlin is 3k. Too bad they lose those improvements if you newgame+. I always forget how fragile Patchouli is when first starting out and accidentally knock her out in like 2 turns when I newgame+, lol

I've never used the denial option in my whole time playing this game.
Just like grinding stats, keep doing something and someday even the slightest touch will make 'em coom.

Avoiding her is only one trigger after 30 days, nothing else triggers after that.
I got the event just yesterday on AnonTW version 4.943, so I don't believe it's actually bugged.

I'd recommend finding someone with Love and a higher V Sense than Kaguya, and just bring them on a date to see Kaguya every day, if after 20 days of doing so the event still doesn't trigger, then maybe it is bugged for you somehow.
If, when you see Kaguya during your date, you get the message that she's worried you love the person you're with more than her, then you're on the right track.

Sumireko changes some o' her dialogue if ye change your human to outsider instead.
Going youkai then courting reimu seems pretty funny.
