Safe how? The Mega link (and probably the other ones as well) link to some old but working version of the game. If you register with gitgud/sapphire/whatever, you can get slightly newer versions. I don't know where the "safe" part comes in.So which link is safe to use?
There's no viruses. We always virus check before posting the link. If you're unsure, stick the link into virustotal.Like "Which one doesn't fuck up my laptop with viruses" part.
Yes.Okay last question; Is this game also compatible with laptop that have windows 10 on them?
You're using some ye olde decrepit version of a game that's not really [Completed] like the OP says. Get a new one and extract it to its own folder without overwriting anything.When I clicked [New Game] this is what came up;
SKILLS\FUNCTIONS_SKILL.ERB at line 457 THROW has occurred
THROW Error: Could not find the skill %汎用スキル名% to add to %ANAME(対象)%.
THROW contents: Error: Could not find the skill Ambush to add to Reimu.
Okay, but which one should I get?You're using some ye olde decrepit version of a game that's not really [Completed] like the OP says. Get a new one and extract it to its own folder without overwriting anything.
The game here in question is eratohoK, is it not? You're looking at the Stable release for that.Okay, but which one should I get?
I'm 6 download links that have a variation of Eratoho.
Okay; Now since I got that. How do I extract it to its own folder without overwriting anything?The game here in question is eratohoK, is it not? You're looking at the Stable release for that.
If you have an unzipping program like 7zip, put the downloaded zip where you want to extract (i.e: make a folder called "era games" and put the zip there). Right click the zipped folder, move the cursor to 7-Zip sub-menu and you'll see 3 "Extract" menu items. Click the one that says "Extract to eratohoK/" (or something similar).Okay; Now since I got that. How do I extract it to its own folder without overwriting anything?
It said "File extraction failed. The archive may be corrupted, not readable, or in an incompatible format"If you have an unzipping program like 7zip, put the downloaded zip where you want to extract (i.e: make a folder called "era games" and put the zip there). Basically extract it into a new folder.
Exactly what it says on the tin. Download it again, and repeat the steps.It said "File extraction failed. The archive may be corrupted, not readable, or in an incompatible format"
You probably do want to use 7zip. The internal extractor that Windows (dunno about other OSes) uses will not extract the files properly. Filenames get corrupted and that can lead to those problems up there.It said "File extraction failed. The archive may be corrupted, not readable, or in an incompatible format"
..I swear that before now, I never actually see that "eraSumireTeru" game in the git repository. The heck okerFace:You're using some ye olde decrepit version of a game that's not really [Completed] like the OP says. Get a new one and extract it to its own folder without overwriting anything.
