I never figured out how that works. I don't remember if it's also in TW, but I think it's impossible in that game. You have the only penis in the game, or at least the only one who will use it.
I know there are a handful of instances of NTRish stuff in TW.

I don't think it really matters because the player usually invades their pussies at some point anyway.
I'm more just interested in it for the accuracy. Their virginities being off can mess with your perception of the characters. An innocent character being a non virgin changes how you may view her for example. In extreme cases, it might make a character seem dishonest and go against their dialogue. Like a character is pretending to be innocent and have no sexual experience for some reason. Maybe they're worrying about people thinking they're slutty or they just like to fuck with people and lie a lot.
It's actually kind of important imo, especially if it's someone's first experience with a character. It can shape the way people think about the characters. Like canon Patchouli is a sickly hermit and heavily introverted, she also rarely leaves her library. How the fuck is she running around banging peeps? Lol. It's never even explained, the only possible response is: "Because she's old, she's had sex". It goes completely against her character otherwise. As far as by her canon goes, she seems pretty much entirely focused on researching and she's a hyper recluse. She's kind of the poster girl for "Long lived, but still a virgin".
Somebody that just sees Patchouli's stats in TW would think she's some hyper sloot and probably not realize she's closer to that "Reclusive bookworm who only thinks about studying" trope. That's not to say it's impossible that she banged at some point along the way, but it's still a headcanon that can affect people's perceptions of her and there's zero evidence for it.

Or they could have had a bad/immemorable/unnoteworthy sexual experience, or during their however many hundred years of living had a change of perspective/behavior, or a number of other reasons. Like being prudent or reserved and a virgin aren't mutually exclusive. Social stigma might be a factor and reputation is everything when you're a hundreds year old demon or whatever who's renown and/or authority is a facet of everyday life and personal safety.
Like I don't know about you, but I wouldn't exactly want to bring up playing these kind of games to acquaintances I know irl either, regardless if they gave a shit. And I'd be equally uncomfortable if people tried to have a conversation about that sort of thing unless I was behind closed doors and was knew the guy well enough. Am I "pretending" or "fucking with people"? Not really. It's my business what I do and I'm not thrilled to talk about this kind of shit without some degree of separation from my social life.
A big issue with this stuff is it's still headcanon. Yes there are a million ways that a girl that doesn't seem promiscuous could have had sex before, but it's always a stretch and can't be proven. Just saying old age = she banged is pretty odd given the canon info we have about a lot of the girls. Most of these girls aren't human and don't need to follow our social norms for starters. Many of the girls are quite peculiar and don't act anything like typical humans. Some are hyper focused on some task, some are heavily reclusive and almost never interact with others, some have never even met humans outside of Touhou girls and such (I believe). Most these girls are demons, gods, ghosts, machines, fairies, etc.
Thinking of them as well rounded individuals that must have experienced most things normal humans experience just because they're old doesn't make sense. Like a real human that spends all day every day studying in a library doesn't really exist, but Patchouli does it. I don't think her hyper fixation/extreme personality is even all that rare in Touhou lore. How many of the girls aren't virgins by default in TW can also fuck up people's perceptions of all of Gensokyo and make it seem less exclusive than it really is. Most these girls are straight up trapped in a fantasy world most humans can't even access (Human Village kind of being the exception).
I think Sakuya is supposed to be around 10-20 years old until she entered the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and then she just apparently stopped aging or something. So her non virgin status is questionable. She was likely "in her early teens" before she met Remilia, so when did she bang? I guess we're also now assuming even young teens have fucked, cause I doubt she's banging dudes with her maid duties while working for Remilia.
Then we apparently have no info on Kurumi, but she's fucked before, unlike the other vampires. Merlin was created as a ghost and was never human, but apparently she's banged. The list goes on. Judging Merlin by her lack of virgin status would make you assume she was probably a human that died. I had no idea she was created. So perfect example there of how it can cause issues. That shit can completely change your perception of a character. A created ghost vs a human that died and became a ghost is a massive difference in experiences.
I feel like the default should try to be closer to canon. There's already a "She's lived a long life, so she has sexual experience" option in the virginities toggle. Default should be "Innocent until proven guilty", lmao. I don't even have some virgin kink, I just want accuracy. I love Suwako and she's confirmed as having kids. Best lolibaba.

You're thinking way too deep. We're never going to have confirmation of casual sex because 1) it's irrelevant to most official media and 2) because it directly affects irl people's perception of the franchise. There's then also the issue of inconsistencies even within official mediums, especially when it comes to spin-offs. If those can be written off as alternate universes, why shouldn't a porn parody be treated as the same?
As for your argument that the girls don't follow human norms, I don't think it matters. Plenty of them have some sort of interest in humans and the outside world, evident in the foods they eat, the clothes they wear, the things they read, etc. Just because they are unbound to human activities/thoughts doesn't mean they don't participate in or assimilate it.
Regarding Sakuya, what you're saying doesn't make sense. She has days off in the game. If she's got time to visit your character and fuck, she's got time to fuck other people too. There's even times where she goes into town in a casual outfit, if I'm remembering right. Sure, Patchouli reads almost all of the time, but there's no hard rule saying that she doesn't have days where she does something else, and I'm fairly certain canonical examples exist. Like you're arguing that there's no evidence they do X, but there's no evidence they don't do X either.
Honestly though, I feel like nitpicking these details completely goes against the spirit of the game. You're already playing as a walking contradiction to established cannon, wooing girls that shouldn't be able to be woo'd that easily, but you're drawing the line at the virginities?

Your existence in this game is a unique oddity to Sakuya. Remilia has ordered Sakuya to work with you. She threatens to kill you when you first meet and only allows you to live because of Remilia. But at least you can adjust them manually in NG+ if you disagree with default setting.

Never waited out a full pregnancy so not sure on those ones.
If you are lovers with a girl then you can change your sleeping spot to her bedroom on the sleep screen and in turn I believe that sometimes girls who live on a different map from you have an event where they request to move to your map, but in those cases I don't think they move in so much as they occupy the free building on the map which is why only some maps support it.
I'm actually not sure how long it lasts day wise. But if it feels too long for you, you can go into the cheat menu by clicking options at the day start menu and then the stars at the top. In there you can set pregnancy speed to go faster.
When they give birth their sex frustration caps at 30% and they will care for the child. You can interact with your kid for child affection(I don't think this does anything yet). Eventually the kid will have other actions, you might find them cleaning, singing, studying, etc. You can help them out with those actions and get exp in the relative action though its not really anything better than you can do without a child. When they get old enough they start going to temple school in the human village. Any time the kid isn't around, the touhou doing the childcare will uncap frustration during that time, however it'll drop back down to 30 if the kid comes back. Eventually the kid will become an adult and leave home.(I think its around a year in game time)
Kids can cause both bonuses and malices at the end of the day. If your kid is doing well at school you get an energy bonus the next day. However there is a chance event where they accidentally injure another kid at school and you start wtih less max energy the next day and you have to pay 10k in a settlement. While your kid is still growing up you gotta pay child support, its not a whole lot but I'm sure it could get pretty costly if you go around knocking up every touhou you can. Once your kid is grown up they can send letters home to you. Sometimes they're generic take care of yourself style messages, but now and then they may actually send money home as well.
For moving in with a touhou, once you get them to lover, at the wake up menu you can change home and select their bedroom. Certain maps will allow a touhou to move in with you as well(Scarlet Devil Mansion I know is one).

At no point did I make the argument that they aren't virgins, I've been trying to explain how there's no concrete evidence one way or the other due to various reasons. The whole "does does girl seem like they should be a virgin" is basically conjecture, or as you put it, headcannon. That's why I've been telling you you're thinking way too deeply into this.
Man, if you wanted some BS reason to justify why people are fucking, sure I can throw you a few. "Pink Wind" isn't a real thing in Touhou either. Like if you really want to make a case and get involved in development, I'm sure there's way to, but that seems like a lot of effort to fix a small part of a largely inaccurate product as a whole.

I am actually upset that somehow your 1 year old is an adult. Maybe it's foolish because the child content is just your baby slobbering on things as you try to play with them, or get them to talk, but the little interactions the mother also has with the baby is a little sentimental to me.
