Probably better to restart, I dunno how quickly they'll scale back down, but it seems like you've gotten a bit over your head already.
I don't cheat, so I have no idea. The game tends to scale up with you in most ways to try to keep the difficulty/challenge up somewhat. It's not balanced for cheating. Funny enough, you'd probably have an easier time just learning the game than focusing on learning how to better cheat it lol. The game isn't that difficult on normal difficulty.

I think I found some more NTRish content? If you are on a date and go to hell and then bathe their with your date, the oni running the counter will say he's gonna use some technique to ogle your date. This only occurs with an actual date and not a hypno-date. No idea if it goes further than that though, will keep looking.

I was so expecting to see something different when said gal is Yuugi, but...
not a single letter changed.Yeah I think someone just added his dialogue for flavor without really thinking how it'd relate to the residents there. Because not only does Satori not acknowledge it despite being able to read minds he doesn't acknowledge her being there even though he should be well aware of who Satori is and what she can do.I was so expecting to see something different when said gal is Yuugi, but...

Thanks to some people on the discord, I was able to learn how to just look in the files and read the events from there.
Hatate's NTR seems to be more roleplay than anything, it alludes to it without actually showing it. Though I think two of the "routes" are unfinished so it may turn into real NTR.
Toyohime has NTR and its real. You ask her to fuck things and she does, a lot of things. I couldn't get it to trigger but you seem to need an exposure skill higher than 4, then some event will play while outside? Asking about it will give you three option, two yes? and one no.
Doremy has NTR, and its kinda funny. given the dialogue for it and the other lewd events in the code, I think it triggers if you let her be horny for too long without paying attention to her, but what she does is transports you to the dream world and shows you a nightmare of you getting cucked by yourself. She ties you down and makes you watch. I assume she not only gets off from the dream (and other others, she very assertive when she's horny) but also I think she gains nourishment from the nightmares, at the end of each dream, regardless of it was the NTR one or not she seems to apologize and says she does love you.
I also learned that there are two characters that if you make them futa they will nightcrawl YOU instead.

If you are talking about TW here: which ones are they? Assuming, of course, that those can actually trigger: after the "can be futanari if assistant. Does nothing." I remain doubtful about futa-related content.
For eraK related stuff you first make them in the character editor via the main menu. Then when starting a new game it should ask "CUSTOM CHARACTER NAME HERE - is not participating" change that to participating. Then you should be able to select if they're a wanderer or belong to a specific faction on he next screen.

Need some help. I've succesfully nightcrawled and made a ruler submit and branded. What do I get from this, since it doesn't gurantee surrender? Do I need to train her more in punishment and that makes it easier to have her surrender?

If you have them branded it's easier to demand stuff from them like money,troops and you can also ask for a hostage. Plus you can also request ceasefires and alliances from them without them refusing

You forgot to mention the fun part.
You can parade them in their own castle in front of their own servants and make them do stuff.
Taming a ruler and then showing her off on her own turf is def one of the hottest achievements you can pull off in the entire game.
Devs seriously need to expand this.
