It's not implemented atm, but at a certain point in the story any or all of the haremettes could end up getting pregnant, revealing that to the protagonist and by the end of the story, their offspring might be seen.
If that "scene" might ruin someone's day, it's the cursed edit of Mr. Hernandez and Gertrude pregnant and Luna touching her belly that'll end up scarring somebody, possibly for life.
