I'm glad that all characters are likable to you. Gertrude and the male part of Bardot family will appreciate that.I dont know if it has what you are looking for in that case. There is no pathing system in this game - if you decide to stick to only a few girls, the only thing that will happen is you will miss out on entire chunks of the story. There are no unique branches or any incentive really for sticking to just 2/3 girls. This game was written to be a harem game and it shows based on the design decisions. You make a bad choice -> lose a girl's path -> you miss out on scenes and thats it. There is also basically no replayability - most people including myself replay this game because it is a great story and it is fun experiencing it again. If you stick to the harem path as described in the walkthrough you are not going to see anything new on your second playthrough. There is just 1 somewhat important branching choice and that is very minor and unrelated to any of the girls.
But that said, all the characters are extremely likable. In almost every game I have played, I tend to dislike some characters. This game is unique in that every single character is likable to me. I think the reason for this is that the game uses its plot to drive tension rather than characters. Due to the lack of character focused drama, your interactions are going to be positive and heartwarming. That combined with the fact that they are all well written ends up making them really likable.
