Now I remember why the name "Calypso" sounded so familiar to me. I first read it in Percy Jackson when I was a school kid, but in the translated version in my native language so I didn't realize it is the same person in game from the Greek Mythology

I'd like to point out that while the harem ending may be the canon ending... it doesn't necessarily make everything from the other endings untrue...

Theory: The Founder is an immortal being, possibly a god of some sort, and created Eternum to find a specific person capable of taking his place as the secret ruler of the world.

They've established the company who makes Eternum has holdings in nearly every facet of modern society. The Founder has used his immortal nature to amass power and influence, and at this point is de facto in charge of how society grows and operates. However, I think for some reason (possibly relating to the events of OiaLt), he is either dying or wants to die. Thus he created Eternum and the quest to find the Gems of Doom as a method of locating the heir of his bloodline. Eternum is basically a highly advanced 23andMe.

The MC would be his descendant, and the unique nature of his bloodline means he inherited certain powers from the Founder, as evidenced by his dreams and his abilities during the Battle of Calypso. This would also explain why Caribdis avoided incest-related content for this game, as it would make Dahlia/Penelope/Nancy capable of the same feats.

But that's just a theory........A PORN THEORY!

Theory: MC have demon bloodlines either from OIALT or related to the founder who also have demonic roots. Eternum Founder's Demon and OIALT's Demon are rivals.

The goal is to either rule the world or open the demon gates or let demon possess the eternum players (okay this part is far fetched)

Finally got around to playing 0.2, absolutely the highest quality RenPy game i've played so far. Can't wait for 0.3.

My only nitpick is that the game has a hard slant towards the MC with how fast he gets involved with numerous important things, like two of the ten gems and even getting one, seeing the number one player, the Benjamin investigation, the woman showing up only for him with the mystery, 2 of the three legendary weapons close to him. All that together is a bit much and makes the story seem really fast at times, though I prefer it to the opposite extreme where nothing ever happens. Still, I feel it could have been stretched out more, especially with how gripping his dreams with the butterfly lady are to me. If it was just the woman asking for help and Calypso so far for example, I would still be interested and it would feel less like the MC gets handed too much.

This is pretty much the only critique I have for the game so far. However at the same time I can see why some of this was done.

The one other minor gripe I have is the music since I dont personally like anything with vocals. I would have preferred to have an option to just have ambient sounds and turn off vocals as ambient sounds make the game feel a bit more atmospheric for me but maybe thats just me who feels this way.

Everything else about this game I really like. The humor is 10/10. The pacing with the girls feels perfect to me. The setting is great and gives a lot of room for creativity. The girls are all really likeable (which is rare for me) and the story is interesting so far.

I think the music was a nice touch. The ELWIN song, at the cafe where the MC won his nervegear, has been a welcome earworm the past few days. It definitely depends of the scene when choosing what kind of music fits, but I think the dev did a great job with the game's playlist.

I do agree with you about the humor and the girls (Nova!). I loved OIAL, but I already see this game easily surpassing it.

Loving this game but my only issue is when I help Dalia with the twins and my only problem is Jerry, Xet and maybe Con died and we don't take any of there thing??? WHY??

Jokes aside, I am surprised by the vocal during Annie's scene too. That being said I think the music suited that scene well despite not being my exact cup of tea of music.

C'mon guys, just look at her face. I think she is cute. Put her face on a normal body and we have a cute girl. But put her face on the body of Chris Bumstead and of course she is gonna be unattractive and some guy who can't tell the difference between "unattractive" and "ugly" will call her ugly.

a really good game with humor, interesting worlddesign (at least the worlds that have been shown so far), a little drama and likeable characters.
