I explored every inch of first half of the map, and Hamlet wasnt unlocked yet because i hasnt started with the first quest of chapter 5, i just enterd Hamlet for the quest.

Sorry if this has already been posted and I just didn't see it but how do you acquire magic spells for your main boy Asterik? I'm guessing if you chose magic+ swords instead of the pure str+ swords you receive more spells, could anyone confirm?
It has no relation with what sword you use. Aster has 5 magic spells; only one of them is a drop, rest of them are acquired from the chests.

There are other translated alicesoft games out there, like some of the Rance series. Eushully games also has the same flavor imo, you can also try those.
If it is the monster burrow that you are talking about, you need to go to the northest town of chap3 (Machikimo or something like that). Follow the north route from there and you will end up at the balloon spot.
Anyone got a strategy to beat Megamonster Vevestar? I've been stunning him with Aster's Neo Power Slash and Guri's High Shuriken, while delaying him with Ramius' Legion Lancer, but he still kills me with 25% hp left. Lvl 80+ party.
I was planning to learn japanese in the past, reason?
1- To be able to read japanese light novels
