You're in luck because I added an unpublished cheat code a while back to age up children that you father. I used this for testing but it does exactly what you are asking for.This may be a super weird/ridiculous question but is there a console command or other method to increase the age of characters who are not selectable/shown as underage?
Thanks to skybarbie and the recent "polygamy" updates, I'm trying to see if there's a way to get a bunch of wives, get them pregnant, and start having a bunch of kids. The boys would join my gang and the girls would be added to my growing incestuous harem started by noobtrain's lovely family storyline.
Problem is it takes forever for people to grow older in this game, so even though it's not super realistic I'm hoping there's a way I can instantly "age up" my kids to an acceptable age so they behave like normal interactable characters. For the record I do NOT want to set their ages any lower than the current age of consent for the game. This game lets you be Evil but we need to have reasonable limits.

This also makes all of the family activities with your mother and sister repeatable on the same day. All of your kids will age up to 16 years old after you start a new day. To disable this functionality, change the value to zero.

All of your kids that have been aged up will remain aged up if you disable this.

I left a save file with that comment where I had completed the Farm Hazing event BEFORE I bought the mansion.
I've had so many massive glitches that I can only imagine came from abusing the year= cheat. Thank you so much for that, that's gonna save me some serious amounts of sanity

So I was correct in that it was intended that the farm hazing event was meant to only trigger after you bought the mansion?
I'm still unsure how to trigger the family event.
As far as I can tell I've got all the requirements (mansion, guns, upgrades, guards, maids, whores and slaves) and already triggered and finished the 5 random NPC events.
But still no idea when or how the actual family event starts.

You should get a message saying that your sister is calling you in the early morning (8am ish). If you don't see that, you probably need to increase your daily income as it is also a requirement to have a lot of caps. Another possibility is having the mansion isn't enough, you also need to have bought every 'addition' or 'extras' for it (pool, gym, etc).
If that still doesn't work, I'm afraid someone else will have to help you as that is all I can think of as possible issues/solutions.

I'm not skybarbie but I took a look at your save game and your reputation is 184 and 250 is required. Most players who get to this point have a reputation of at least 250. The easiest way to gain reputation is by competing in boxing matches and running your own gang. If you want to cheat you can increase your reputation with this console command:
reputation_player+=100

the base game is the 0,55 (old) so if yu want to play the modern one yu need the three one 0,55, 0;59 and the 0,61
Just follow the installation instructions on the OP.
After doing all of that, you'll want to grab the hotfix and install that last.
