0.12 development didn't even start yet. The dev always told that he's going to restart working on FILF after Altered Destiny 0.1 release.

The dev is notorious for working on different project at once and starting a new project out of the blue and maybe the dev just needs a bit of variety what he/she/it is doing
Honestly, I have played this game and it isnt worth it very bland for a point and click incest game.
