You should already have the option to ask her about the tech store. Once you do, go tot he store and she'll show up.
Follow what the quest mission say. Usually it tell you to keep playing the specific game with her right? instill you get the opportunity to ask her about herself and Tim situation. Also check on with Tim to see if you have or already trigger for quest, talk to stella for the (cold one).

the page ajusts to the scenes you have. thus any 2 scenes missing are likely to be the 2 last ones
