What's your computer's specs? It seemed to run pretty smooth on my computer, an Intel Core I5-7600K overclocked to 4.5 GHz with 32 GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 570 graphics card.

im running it on a 7year old Pc,
a R9 270X
I5 4590
8gb ram
other than the 5frames at max settings. including some useless lighting or shadow and the ini edit
i can get atleast around 30 after lowering Res point to 0.5
and if i want that sweat 40ish.
tweaking Skin illumination along with hdr, turning off shadows. works
all Without significance sacrifice on the graphics

you should be able to play it fine with that setup at a 1.0 density, though would turn AA down and AO down or off

What are your computer specs? It ran fine on a GTX 970 when I tested it, and that's pretty much a bottom of the barrel GPU in 2020.

Umm...with this new version when I choose ANY options from the main menu the screen lags for a bit then goes into the scene...in Chinese. Like the entire UI, girl and action options, EVERYTHING turns into Chinese. Anyone know how to change it back to English?

When you first start the game, there is a option to choose language. Did you click on chinese virus by accident? If that was the case. Try go into C:\Users\username\AppData\Local and delete Paralogue folder then start a game again should take you to language selection screen
