Similarly, I do not have reason to trust that they do know what they're doing when it comes to gameplay. We've seen literally nothing of it. And a large budget does not automatically mean that the product will be good. So, for my own safety, I'll assume the gameplay will be mediocre at best. If it's good, then I'll be pleasantly surprised. If it's bad, then I won't bee too disappointed.
Apart from the fact that they're said to be Ubisoft employees, we don't know what their job description was/is at Ubisoft. So I'm again going to be cautious with this and not assume anything. Saying you work at a AAA studio does not give me a good enough idea of what your competency is like. And it also doesn't mean those skills will translate one-to-one to working on an indie porn game.Ubisoft devs are working on this? Oh boy, cant wait to climb towers and search collectibles in a generic open world.
We don't know that it won't. At least I don't remember statements proving or disproving that idea. I'm at least hoping the sexual content is at least somewhat connected to the gameplay and not totally separate. I think I remember reading that how well you do in the missions affects the girls' mood in the lewd content. I don't know if there's more to it than that.

They have posted about gameplay in which the player will have to manage the amount of semen/eggs the girls have been filled with, which will physically alter their models. So yes. Egg/pregnant scenes will be coming.

I think they said something about it being like XCOM? It'd be nice to have one of the characters engage in something sexual during a wrong move during gameplay

I'd love for something like that to be the case. Or at least some way the lewd stuff is integrated in the gameplay. But at the same time I'm skeptical. Aside from the costumes, I don't think there will be much lewd content during gameplay. The reason I think this is that thus far they've been talking a lot about just the Harem Mode when talking about sex stuff. And the Harem Mode is separate from the rest of the game from what I can tell.

What you replied to make me wonder if humanity has any hope. They do not read the entire thread, let alone even the first post, or even realize no one else is talking about that problem with the more recent post. They skip to the download and ask for help when they find out they need to go to Patreon. All this becaus e they cant read the large colored text on page 1.
and still their posts make more sense as they're asking for help, you on the other hand try to moralize people on a platform containing questionable content.
They won't read the last page or two of the thread either, where the same question gets asked and answered multiple times.
It's a bit annoying when the colored text talks about the very issue being asked about.
