I'm going to have to graciously decline. Thank you for your words of support though.

This project is at a point where myself, and I'm assuming plenty of other members, want to express our frustration with the online requirements & microtransactions via our wallets, by not supporting ProjectH. However, I do want ProjectH to keep producing the animations and models, and they obviously cannot do that if it becomes no longer financially viable. And while one might say, "a developer who pisses off his customers rightfully deserves to fail," I can't help but get hyped for the upcoming features they have talked about, now that their development has progressed past the microtransaction & online nonsense. All that to say, supporting ProjectH is unfortunately probably the wisest thing to do if you want to ensure that more content keeps coming, but I totally understand if you don't want to do that.

I personally do not need the money. If it's burning a hole in your pocket, find a reputable charity, buy someone an extra Christmas gift, or support a game dev that doesn't turn their game into an online gacha.
Modern day Robin Hood. (of the horny people, but still.)

Legend. I used to volunteer at a food bank a while back, so I made a donation there in your honour.

I also totally understand regarding supporting PH so they keep progressing. I'm more on the side of voting with my money. I supported them when the project was great and sounded really promising. I'm stopping now that it's taking a weird direction, hoping that someone out there with similar resources, skills and interests will notice the wasted potential and run an even better project I can fully get behind.

Excuse me, I'm sorry, but in what sane reality is it in any comprehensible way entertaining to not only choke the chicken online and pay for it but do it with complete strangers who you'll never meet and pay for it even more? There's cheaper and easier ways to lose what's left of my self-esteem.

Oh come on you never wished to be part of some Bukkake Fantasy like that ;)
Others go into Webcam Chats and enjoy it together why not this, why not take it to the next level ?

Not that it isn't partly already existing but not really on this tech level yet

PornHub Metaverse it will come however odd you find it.

What these Webcam Chats are today will be what you seeing here tomorrow, though much more flexible.

Merry Christmas!

Here's the first public release of Mindflayer, my reimplementation of the online systems of Operation Lovecraft!

Mindflayer 1.0.0 (for game 0.4.2) Mega:

Usage: Extract into the Paralogue/Binaries/Win64 folder of a cracked (or legit owned) game, run Mindflayer, and on the first run click OK and Yes.

Known issues:
- Going back to the changing room is not yet implemented and can be buggy
- Exiting a scene sometimes hides a part of the character's model (it comes back when starting another scene)
- Gacha elements such as the store, missions, news, mail, etc are intentionally not implemented
- Sanity and character stamina drain are currently not implemented, not sure if it's wanted

Note that this is for game version 0.4.2, which hasn't been released & cracked just yet. If you don't own the game, you will need to wait for a 0.4.2 crack. It doesn't quite work right with 0.4.0.

In the near future, I will continue cleaning up the code so I can open-source the project on GitLab, and when the next game version comes out (supposedly soon) I'll be ready to fix anything that breaks.

Cool, how does this work so it doesn't ban you permanently?

Good job, i think anyone that wants offline mode will appreciate it greatly.
Now the question how does it work when run on official release? Is it possible for them to detect it and ban it via EAC? If one were to run the game normally is removal of the files required?
The game is supposed to get update today - my guess is once update is out it wont work?

I think It must work like Singleplayer Tarkov, which does exactly the same thing if you want to play offline. If you have an official release you should do a copy of your game file and copy the server emulator inside and then it shouldn't be detected.
And so if you want to use the emulator with a new version of the game, you will need to wait for an update for it to work
