It's a super scam bud, that's why there are almost 700 pages spanning 4 years on this thread alone and almost 150 on the last one(fallen doll).
If you would have read the last couple pages you would get to see a bunch of reasons why.

I don't get it.
He could make a video destroying the game with facts, proof of no content, all the lies scamlius said ( ubisoft dev, mocap studio... ) , patreon screens with all the fake release dates, promises, show it's the same project since 2014, all the stuff he took from ue marketplace without working on it, updates with old animation from 0.49 that scamlius deleted, ue4 to ue5, server bugged for a month after the online release, but this youtuber prefers to talk only about the discord drama and make clickbait fake cp accusation?

Those were already covered in the previous two videos he made, if I recall correctly. That aside, the video's still relevant because the drama is a display of failure in communication and leadership; whatever was happening in their NSFW channel was clearly bad enough that Pasix could no longer handle it and had to resort to nuking it, that this wasn't communicated to Helius before the decision was made was either Pasix failing to contact Helius or Helius failing to read his messages, and having Helius publicly call for the decision to be reversed instead of taking it to DMs/the moderator-only channel to find out what's going on first shows how out-of-touch he is.
I think it's possible the accusations aren't unfounded, because I've noticed there's been a spike in AI-generated CP (using the "realistic" art style paramater) in several sites this year, there's no reason it wouldn't happen in their Discord channel as well, especially given how many people have access to it.

Covering the poor communication is fine. There are blatant examples of that and are easy to find. The issue with the video is all the cp accusations with no solid proof. It's essentially 'he-said-she-said'. The guy isn't a reporter or anything so it's whatever, but a lot of people aren't fond of cancel culture for the sake of it. There's a lot of things you could talk about with this game that actually has substance and can be supported with evidence by just reading past post history, but with the cp accusations they literally have nothing to support their claims.
Firstoff, it's not like you can actually show proof on youtube.

Proof being confirmation that Helius specifically is allowing cp to circulate in the FD Discord server, because there's a difference in saying, "just leave the NSFW channels be" and saying" yeah sure, cp is cool here", which is what that Youtuber was essentially claiming in his video.
Galatea is a questionable character for sure(and a character not worth all the trouble it caused to be honest), but a fictional character nonetheless. That is not CP. If it were CP then this entire site should be shut down and everyone using it under investigation considering all the amount of characters in games shared across this platform that are similar to Galatea. You have to be consistent if you're calling Galatea cp. Like you said, there's plenty of other games hosted on this site with loli characters and other tags.
That's a fair take, I agree he does lean too hard into the CP accusation based only on a loose connection, but I was more pointing out the whole video wasn't just a constant barrage of baseless accusations. There is evidence presented, it's just evidence of how shit a team manager Helius is.
I think the problem here might be different people have different definitions of CP. The legal definition is real minors and realistic depictions of minors. The more broad interpretation is any loli/flat-chested character is CP. If you go with the former, Galatea is not CP, while she would be under the latter.
So when the guy in the youtube video gets so worked up over CP, but doesn't criticize this site, it's consistent if you assume he's also operating under the "real and realistic depictions" standard.
That said, the guy admits in the beginning of the video all he heard was an accusation, he never saw any proof, and it was just this public meltdown between Helius and Palix that made him think it had merit. You can argue it's not unfounded because Pasix never quit over Galatea, ergo whatever was happening in the NSFW channel must be worse, but that's just assumptions, not evidence.

That's the same takeaway I got. He says that he believes it's likely the case based on the stuff he's been given, but does not specify that its the case beyond a reasonable doubt. At that point its his guesstimate, not a fact. Whether it is true remains to be seen afaik.
With that being said, I definitely understand the adrenaline behind seeking the truth. If illicit material of real children is indeed being distributed under Helius's knowledge or even worse by Helius himself, he deserves prison no further questions necessary.

It's awful to crack, and people being able to do it don't give a shit about that scam of a game.
Also the latest versions of the game have server-sided content so you need to be online to play it. Don't hope getting pirated versions of the most recent version.

0.4.9 already force you to be online by default im really glad someone disabled it so you can use it as solo player aswell, i wonder what needs to be done to get one of the later versions, so you think its kinda hopeless to wait for something new ?

You'll need to contact Empress and pay a sum of cash (I'd imagine not cheap btw), and even then since the content is no longer stored within your machine, even the dummy server of the kiritomod wouldn't do anything, as the game would have zero content at all unless someone can rip it out PH's server and simulate it on the dummy one.
As for why other games with Denuvo get cracked and not this look it this way, most games that are cracked are either mainstream or have huge traction after them, we're speaking of hundred of thousands of people, in the case of this one, even though it has a large following, it's not enough to even justify the effort to crack it.
