The issue with the video is all the ** accusations with no solid proof. It's essentially 'he-said-she-said'. The guy isn't a reporter or anything so it's whatever, but a lot of people aren't fond of cancel culture for the sake of it. There's a lot of things you could talk about with this game that actually has substance and can be supported with evidence by just reading past post history, but with the ** accusations they literally have nothing to support their claims.

Proof being confirmation that Helius specifically is allowing ** to circulate in the FD Discord server, because there's a difference in saying, "just leave the NSFW channels be" and saying" yeah sure, ** is cool here", which is what that Youtuber was essentially claiming in his video.

Galatea is a questionable character for sure(and a character not worth all the trouble it caused to be honest), but a fictional character nonetheless. That is not **. If it were ** then this entire site should be shut down and everyone using it under investigation considering all the amount of characters in games shared across this platform that are similar to Galatea. You have to be consistent if you're calling Galatea **. Like you said, there's plenty of other games hosted on this site with loli characters and other tags.

That's a fair take, I agree he does lean too hard into the ** accusation based only on a loose connection, but I was more pointing out the whole video wasn't just a constant barrage of baseless accusations. There is evidence presented, it's just evidence of how shit a team manager Helius is.

I think the problem here might be different people have different definitions of **. The legal definition is real minors and realistic depictions of minors. The more broad interpretation is any loli/flat-chested character is **. If you go with the former, Galatea is not **, while she would be under the latter.

So when the guy in the youtube video gets so worked up over **, but doesn't criticize this site, it's consistent if you assume he's also operating under the "real and realistic depictions" standard.

That's the same takeaway I got. He says that he believes it's likely the case based on the stuff he's been given, but does not specify that its the case beyond a reasonable doubt. At that point its his guesstimate, not a fact. Whether it is true remains to be seen afaik.

With that being said, I definitely understand the adrenaline behind seeking the truth. If illicit material of real children is indeed being distributed under Helius's knowledge or even worse by Helius himself, he deserves prison no further questions necessary.

Also the latest versions of the game have server-sided content so you need to be online to play it. Don't hope getting pirated versions of the most recent version.

0.4.9 already force you to be online by default im really glad someone disabled it so you can use it as solo player aswell, i wonder what needs to be done to get one of the later versions, so you think its kinda hopeless to wait for something new ?

You'll need to contact Empress and pay a sum of cash (I'd imagine not cheap btw), and even then since the content is no longer stored within your machine, even the dummy server of the kiritomod wouldn't do anything, as the game would have zero content at all unless someone can rip it out PH's server and simulate it on the dummy one.

As for why other games with Denuvo get cracked and not this look it this way, most games that are cracked are either mainstream or have huge traction after them, we're speaking of hundred of thousands of people, in the case of this one, even though it has a large following, it's not enough to even justify the effort to crack it.

Your fps drops to single digit fps with the hair option turned on? Also is this at 4k resolution? Not sure if you're saying your lap is 4k capable or this was tested at 4k res.

Yes while 'hair strand simulation' is turned on, it goes down to single digits(with sporadic spikes).
It's a 4k laptop, tested at 4k with maxed settings.
