I try to keep this really short...
This specific game has a pretty long history and is quite controversial.
So people have opinions and as Maestroofchaos put it, its probably the only place were you can discuss this or exchange thougts freely about it.
I would called it in rpg terms... people have diffrents stats.
Also were is the problem?
You either do have the attention / time / wil, to read it or you dont.

And its not like it would make sense of being subbed to this in hopes of a new crack and game client update.
I dont see that happen in the near future.

amazingly i still have this game still wishlisted, to be honest to you, i don't think this game will ever officially release.

short answer is probably a year at least. To have 4 so called season passes and the client relative bug free.
And i dont see the sfw gameplay part and other planned things being developed in that timeframe so i guess you could add to that at least another year.
So yeah my best guess at least 2 years.
And then we will see if people are willing to be on patreon or not for keeping this alive. Or if he then anounces something new to keep that running.

People never wanted that, at least not from what I saw when I was active on the Discord. They simply wanted a petite woman. When Helius brought up ways to get her approved such as height increase I saw almost no push back and unanimous support for that solution so long as she remained a petite young looking adult woman. Personally, I think the updated model looks quite good but I hope they fixed her face because in the video trailer Helius showed a few months back it looked dreadful.
She is clearly not underage. I'm going to be completely blunt but we need you to listen well. Go outside. The fact you think she is underage means you spend too much time inside watching unrealistic porn with huge fucking breasted woman or you simply aren't around large enough groups of new people and stick with the same extremely tiny coincidentally older looking women. Galatea looks like the common 20 year old you will find going around the US, unless you count particularly overweight or drug abusers.
As an example of celebrities who look quite young like Galatea (or at least did despite being an adult, maybe not so much now): Zendaya, Emma Watson (not current but younger still adult Emma), Ariana Grande (a few years ago, she hasn't aged well recently imo), Charli D'Amelio, Rybka Twins, Brooklyn and Bailey McKnight... just to name a few I grabbed from some online celebrity lists that you guys might know.
You're correct. The whole underage nonsense is just extremist propaganda people kept trying to float to troll and get their preferred character as well as campaign hate against Helius "omg he is adding so and so character". The reality we tried to point out is the taller her would look very much like a normal young adult woman but anytime that came up they became suddenly silent in chat and would repeat it another day until they got shut up by the same point repeatedly day after day and some of them just stopped responding. As they were obviously trolling a rule was made that they weren't even allowed to suggest she would be too young otherwise it would result in a ban so it was less of an issue in discord for a while.
I still would not be surprised even with that photo if people suddenly started acting dumb in discord again though.
The release date is irrelevant. The game is clearly a live service game like an MMO, but with at times beta quality polish (lack of polish) after patch updates (eventually fixed until the next larger than usual patch that fucks things up for 1-2 weeks).
You shouldn't go into this like you would any live service game expecting to just buy a final product no longer being updated. You either like the girls and content in it enough to pay $36 or move on. If you like certain girls in it then it is worth the money compared to other far lower quality porn games, unless you are looking for more interactive story or gameplay based experience which usually isn't relevant in porn games.
Obviously, the reason Helius keeps it on Patreon is to gouge and scam people for more money vs just releasing on Steam or adding straight microtransactions.

It's not going to officially release because the current payment model is built on a loophole in the Steam partner agreement not having any rules covering games monetized in the specific way OL is. Normally running all your payments off Steam to dodge giving Gabe his cut is a big no no, but it's technically not available on Steam yet and the only way to play it is via an unlisted beta which technically isn't being sold(yes you have to pay to access it but loopholes and technicalities). The second you can buy OL directly through Steam it starts violating a ton of rules.

Regarding my comment, it's literally what Scamlius posted; it's Gelato but not really, as the original concept was indeed a loli (some nonsense about her being a replacement for couples who lost their young daughters iirc), conceived to reap that sweet lolicon $upport... and it worked quite well, bumping the patreon numbers; with the same amount of backlash when he didn't deliver. Now it's like the other two guys also pointed out, more of a young adult. I second their opinion, if you think adult women need to be 170cm tall and have huge proportions, consider self inspection.
